The Director, Brand (for the Americas), is responsible for the management and development of the corporate brand, delivering consistent and relevant experiences to our clients and prospects across all brand touchpoints as well as any related product portfolio brands. Marketing Strategy and Planning

Membership Corporate Sales Director
The Director of Corporate Sales will lead strategy and execution for Quartz's bulk membership strategy. You'll build a Rolodex of decision-makers at Fortune 500 companies, top universities and other high affinity businesses to promote and sell bulk access to Quartz Membership.
The Director will be responsible for the strategy development and sales execution of new B2B Membership programs designed in the US and internationally.
Construct, forecast and manage the corporate sales pipeline to meet Quartz's 2019 membership target
Build strong, long-lasting relationships with decision-makers at Fortune 500 companies and elite universities on behalf of Quartz
Build a scalable inbound and outbound lead management strategy
Coordinate the development of sales materials and marketing campaigns to support bulk membership
Forecasting, budgeting, P&L management on revenue
Manage day-to-day operations
Inform onboarding strategy of new corporate / university members and stakeholders, drive adoption/engagement
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
6+ years of experience selling digital services to enterprise clients. Media / membership experience preferred
Excellent client management skills
Experience selling into different functional teams across organizations (i.e., knowledge management, employee benefits and marketing, Library & Research Directors, General Managers, Knowledge Officers etc.)
High energy level with strong sense of urgency to build business
Organized, flexible, and self-motivated
Comfortable and competent working with spreadsheets
Ability to travel 25% of the time to pitch services and develop key relationships

Director Of Corporate Engagement
Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, is seeking a Director of Corporate Engagement for Rutgers Corporate Engagement Center (CEC). The CEC is the focal point for all corporate relations activity at and on behalf of the University with responsibilities of providing corporate partner-centric service, brokering collaborative industry agreements, and gathering information about industry activity on campus. The CEC is a joint venture of the Rutgers University Office of Research and Economic Development (ORED) and the Rutgers University Foundation (RUF), merging corporate philanthropic support and corporate research sponsorship and investment into one consistent connection point for current and future University corporate Partners. The Director of Corporate Engagement provides service and leadership to the Rutgers University community at large and acts as a strategic partner in developing, managing, and sustaining the university’s relationship with key external corporate partners. The Director will be joining Rutgers at a time of great enthusiasm for a future multi-billion-dollar campaign, in an environment at RUF and ORED that encourages collaboration, creativity, cutting-edge technology and out-of-the-box ways to work efficiently and intelligently.
Among the key duties of this position are the following:
Reports to the Associate Vice President of Corporate Engagement and serves as a member of a team of seasoned professionals charged with leading the Rutgers University’s Corporate Engagement program.
Utilizes strong leadership buy-in, and collaborates across the university and joins a team focused on comprehensive corporate partnership including but not limited to philanthropy, student engagement, sponsorship, licensing and grants.
In this university-wide role, the Director works with university leadership and faculty with a significant emphasis on promoting university areas of excellence and cross-disciplinary initiatives to the 20-30 high capacity corporations in their portfolio.
