Manages the orientation process. Facilitates coaching between new Consultant/Beauty Advisor and Counter/Market Education Manager. Monitors orientation process.
Creates and executes development plan with Counter/Market Education Manager for each team member. Conducts team meetings for on-going communication. Uses effective management techniques to retain and motivate Consultants.
Qualifications The candidate has strong leadership skills, is self-reliant and has the ability to manage others for retention, sales and service. Management experience is a plus. Strong selling, planning and communication skills are necessary.

Parts Counter Sales
Description The primary purpose of this position is to deliver a superior customer experience by providing parts consultation and sales to our customers, including over the counter and shop customers.
Duties & Performance Standards: * Courteously and quickly greet all walk-in and call-in customers.
Assist customers in a consultative manner to provide the best parts solution for their needs.
Gain proficiency in parts knowledge and continue growing as new products are introduced.
Employ superior listening skills and assess customers’ needs.
Advise customers of additional related parts.
Inform customers of specials and merchandising programs.
Follow up quickly with customers on backordered items and communicate any changes in delivery dates or availability.
Create purchases orders prior to placing orders with vendors for all non-Cat backorders.

Be available to work overtime on short notice and provide afterhours support when required.

Developing and writing clear, concise leads for action.
Using IT tools and products to monitor status of the action(s).

Planning, researching and conducting Foreign Contact Country Report activities including coordinating with country SMEs, identifying, reviewing and validating anomalies, identifying FIE TIP, in order to develop and maintain current country specific threat briefings
Planning, researching and conducting Foreign Visitor Reports which includes receiving input, identifying, reviewing and validating anomalies, researching FIE TIP, developing debriefing lead packets and updating spreadsheets
Assessing lead packages, and as appropriate requesting updates or additional information, and developing a plan to debrief a customer affiliate
Developing a Cl plan to address risk associated with foreign visitors to customer facilities
Researching and developing CIAR training products, manage SharePoint site for CIAR training event, and assist in CIAR training reconciliation for customer employees
Maintaining current and relevant information on a CIAR forum to provide additional strategic messaging for CIAR awareness and current FIE TTP Qualifications
Must possess a Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility and the ability to pass a CI polygraph
