Identifying threats to DIA personnel who travel to foreign countries, identify foreign threats or influence to DIA personnel through foreign contacts, and identify foreign threat posed by foreign visitors to DIA facilities
Researching and developing CIAR training products, managing sharepoint sites for CIAR training events, and assisting in CIAR training reconciliation for employees. Required Experience: Senior CI Specialist:
Must be a graduate from an accredited CI Special Agent credentialing school.
Must have a minimum of ten (10) years cumulative experience conducting CI collections, CI functional services, CI investigations, or CI operations.

Contractors shall research, review, edit, plan, prepare, integrate, and publish all source products, CI studies, plans, and/or products for the Agency, the DoD, and national and international intelligence publications and organizations, ensuring compliance with DIA and IC standards for finished intelligence production. Ten (10) years CI or HUMINT policy, analysis or operational experience and expert knowledge of DoD processes and terminology.

Description: Leidos has an opening for a part time Counterintelligence Analyst to join our team in Offutt AFB, NE JOB SUMMARY Provide counterintelligence analysis to USSTRATCOM J2X Operations Support Branch. Develop CI analytic products IAW DoDI 5240.18. Be able to conduct all source research and write well. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES • Develop CI analysis products that meets IC tradecraft standards including CI Assessments, • CI Analysis Reports, • CI threat advisories, briefing support, name checks, • CI function support, • collection support, coordination/review, current intelligence, executive internal management, report evaluations, investigative support analysis, operations support analysis and informal response. • Review analytic findings produced by IC or other mission partners • Develop evaluations and feedback • Conduct all source intelligence research • Develop intelligence production requirements • Conducts counterintelligence research and analysis (including open source). • Provide analytic and technical assessments of adversary’s capabilities, intent and strategic threat implications. • Demonstrate knowledge of USSTRATCOM missions. • Research, organize, collaborate, analyze, write, review, coordinate and disseminate intelligence products. • Write collection requirements, monitor reporting, redirect or evaluate and participate in a daily basis on collection management. • Be knowledgeable with search tools, link tools, and peer-to-peer tools. • Demonstrate ability to coordinate with military services, National Intelligence agencies, Federal, State and Local law enforcement. • Use verbal and written methods to communicate clearly and effectively with senior government personnel ranging from intelligence analysts, planners and operations to senior decision-makers.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: • Currently possess an active TS/SCI security clearance with CI/Poly. • Bachelor’s or higher degree with 4 years of counterintelligence analysis experience or specialized training & 8 plus years intelligence analysis experience, or equivalent intelligence/academic experience. • Specialized training on the organizations, capabilities and tradecraft used by foreign intelligence services • Strong analytic writing skills and the ability to synthesize large quantities of complex data and logically and clearly convey analytic findings • Experience authoring complex search queries in IC databases • JCITA Applied analysis course or specialized CI functional training (i.e... credential-producing course)
