The speech and language pathologist will work with students from pre-school through Grade 4 who have challenges in language, literacy, memory and processing, executive functioning, and/or social pragmatic communication difficulties. Job responsibilities will include:
Providing speech and language therapy to students with this service on their IEPs
Consulting to general education and special education staff regarding student needs and best practices
Completing and presenting speech and language assessments
Attending IEP meetings
Monitoring student progress through the collection of data
Completing IEPs and progress reports
Designing and implementing small group and/or inclusion intervention and instruction focused on listening, speaking, reading, writing, auditory memory/processing, executive functioning, and social thinking/pragmatic skills to support academic and social competencies.
Working with students with augmentative communication devices

Inspect and measure parts to determine conformance to specifications through use of precision measuring equipment.
Perform routine maintenance functions on all rubber processing equipment; i.e., maintain fluid levels & lubrication.
Ability to accurately and safely work with all chemicals and machinery used in the rubber process.
Monitor inventory levels of all materials used in the Rubber operations and submit recommended reorders as needed
Control processes to maintain conformance to specifications.
Write maintenance work requests as needed and communicate all equipment operational problems to direct supervision and management.
High School graduate or equivalent.
Strong mathematical skills.
Strong reading comprehension skills.
(Preferred} 2-Year technical degree or previous experience in Rubber Processing or operating production machinery beneficial.
Candidate will be trained in all aspects of the rubber covering process from the automated blasting & cleaning to extruding the rubber and then the operating of the boiler & autoclave system. Training will include extended training in the Voith West Monroe facility. Duration will be determined on the skill set of the individual and their ability to demonstrate competency in covering a roll (Estimated 6 month hands-on training program).
The intent of this position is to have a minimum of two trained for this job function.
Responsible for safe operation of all equipment.
Responsible for start-up & shutdown of all equipment
Responsible for maintaining equipment, including PM's.
Responsible for Housekeeping & 5S of equipment.
Responsible for manufacturing a quality product according to Voith's Specifications.

The person in this position reports to the Warehouse Manager, and is responsible for managing activities in the cover and curtain departments.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
1.Supervise the work activities and evaluate the performance of employees assigned to cover and curtain fabrication.
2.Interpret and carry out company policy relative to production and supervision goals.
3.Assign work and allocate resources to accomplish company goals. Coordinate work with other company activities.
4.Analyze production problems and recommend or implement solutions.
5.Assess work order requirements to determine needs and priorities, and schedule production to meet sales commitments.
6.Read and interpret blueprints and specifications to determine production requirements. Establish work processes and methods needed to produce specified requirements.
7.Set up equipment and processes as needed. Recommend changes in equipment and working conditions to increase production efficiency.
8.Monitor quality of production output, and make adjustments as needed. Meet with vendors to discuss quality issues as needed.
9.Monitor fabric inventory and levels of production supplies, and requisition material as required.
10. Keep records of significant activities and events related to overall performance of personnel and equipment. Enforce safety regulations, and report safety problems.
11. Interview applicants and make hiring recommendations. Train new employees in all phases of cover and curtain fabrication.
12. Perform production work as needed, and any other tasks as assigned.
