The Creative Director will lead the creative/design of the SPORTS CRATES brand subscriptions boxes. This currently includes MLB and NBA. Curation predominantly involves strategic thinking, theme ideation, product assortment proposals, product development, and all print design. This person must be a fan of sports; capable working hands-on to develop original products from concept through manufacturing; able to translate customer and trend data in to product assortments; have a basic understanding of digital design; and have a high energy attitude that can repeat the process each month, with each crate!
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Leverage insights and data to deliver a positive customer experience through thoughtful crate curation.
Partner with Brand Managers to establish themes that balance business needs with customer expectations, and licensor parameters.
Identify which products to source and which to design and develop.
Initiate and oversee the concept, development, and delivery of all original unique designed product, across categories. (Hard-lines and soft-lines)
Understand logistical expectations and challenges of product development, to ensure on-time delivery of crates.
Establish and oversee the execution all print that will include corrugate and inserts.
Establish, create and deliver the monthly creative marketing assets to the marketing team.
Support and manage all necessary licensing approvals.
Share and communicate creative goals with internal partner teams and senior management team.
10+ years of creative experience in a related field — brand design, product development and design, consumer products, print design, creative agency, etc.
5+ years of experience in managing product ideation and development.
5+ years experience in managing a team of at least 4-5 people.
Trained in design thinking and product development.
Skilled in strategic thinking, as both a creative lead and creative partner with a business lead.
Up-to-date with product trends.
Experience working in the realm of sports products or branding.
Experience working with product licensors.
Capable of clear and effective communication and presentation skills with licensors, colleagues, and vendors.
Familiar with working through project management tools (Jira, Basecamp,Trello)
Possess sketching and technical design skills.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite.
We are seeking a Crate Builder for our Hackettstown, NJ location. This position is responsible for customizing and building crates and pallets for shipments.
Build standard crates to specifications
Design and build customized crates to accommodate non-standard shipments
Use radial arm saw, hand drills of various sizes, table saw, nail gun, air chisel, palm nailer and templates
Assemble boxes for lighter shipments and pack products
Maintain tools in good condition and store in their designated areas
Use hand truck or forklift to move product to shipping dock or storage
Operate overhead crane to place heavier or larger switches on pallets
Make patterns for routine drilling
1- 2 years' experience working in the carpentry field

Liner Hone CNC Machine Operator - Mcalester, Ok
Responsible for using expert knowledge to operate and control computer numerically controlled (CNC) machines. Maintain knowledge of G&M codes and input them into CNC machines for production, while ensuring products have precise and accurate measurements.
Under the direction of a supervisor and/or experienced machinist, responsible for quality parts produced on CNC machines such as, but not limited, to lathes and milling machines in a timely, safe and efficient manner.
Operate, perform set-up changes and first article inspections on production runs utilizing CNC machines.
Load parts utilizing overhead lifting equipment, proving tapes, operating controls, setting offsets, simple edits, deburring and inspection of quality parts for conformance to requirements.
Identify problems before production runs, then start and observe machine operation to detect any other malfunctions or out of tolerance conditions, and adjust machine controls or control media as required.
Read blueprints, precision measuring instruments and job orders to determine dimensions, tolerance and tooling requirements.
Maintain knowledge of dimensions and tolerances for tooling instructions such as fixtures, feed rates, cutting speeds, depth of cut and cutting tools to be used.
Prove out new programs and make simple edits of NC programs on at least one or more numerically controlled machines.
Keep equipment, work area clean. orderly and perform basic preventive maintenance functions on equipment.
Perform other work related task as assigned.

Under the direction of the area leader, and assistant supervisors, general laborers will be responsible for assisting production in the dumping of strawberries, filling of drums, crate and drum washing, as well as other duties to aide in the packaging of our fruit. This is a seasonal position, with ups and downs in production volume. Hours will be based on fruit availability. The position may require working a few hours a week to extended overtime during peak season.
GENERAL LABOR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Move stacks of 10-13 crates towards oneself by shifting the edges alternately.
2.Continuously dump crates of strawberries into a machine
3.Place empty crate on the conveyor belt to be washed in the crate washer.
4.Must adhere to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) even while working outside the facility.
5.Must be able to communicate with the receivers, forklift drivers and management when fruit is high in defect.
6.Responsible for setting the pace for the fruit inspection. A crate should be dumped slowly into the shaker washer and then tapped to get any fruit stuck in the edges. This should be repeated every 5 to 10 seconds.
7.Must operate the pallet roller lever to bring pallets of full crates towards the pallet mover.
8.Must move the empty wood pallets and set them aside on the ground. A stack of 4 or 5 should be made and then must start over from ground level.
9.Must work safely around forklifts and watching crates as they move forward on the pallet mover. If the crates are unstable, he/she must ask for help and not endanger his/herself.
Able to keep up with production so that the Filler always has a drum and know how to fill out the lot code recording sheet.
Able to adjust the drum liner so that the liner does not come out of the drum when filling, and able to push the drums along the conveyor to the Filler so that they always have a drum to fill.
Able to read and record accurate tare weights, and ability to operate the filler.
Able to follow written instructions, diagrams, and read labels. Understanding of basic math concepts.
Must be willing to rotate throughout all general labor stations.
Must learn to operate the palletizer, and other machinery.

The Warehouse Technician will be responsible for performing a variety of duties with respect to the operations of the warehouse, receiving, storing, and shipping material and products by performing the following duties.
Receive materials, products, merchandise, parts in the warehouse. Store items in bins, on floor or on shelves in designated locations for retrieval when needed. Mark or tag items as necessary for identification purposes.
Count, weigh and identify items received and shipped. Check materials against vendor's invoices, bills of lading, customer orders and other documents. Record amounts of materials or items received or distributed.
Fill orders or requisitions and maintain necessary records. Take inventory as required. Keep records of damaged or defective items, discrepancies in quantities and weights.
Use CMBIS to enter records and process sales orders.
Operate forklift to store, move or load material in trucks.
Make shipping crates as necessary. Pack product in boxes, crates, cartons or other containers using various packaging materials to prevent damage or breakage. Shrink wrap, close and seal containers, label and stencil as required.
Devise and construct non- standard containers for special products

Special Position Requirements:
The employee is subject to an environment that is at time congested with product boxes, material, etc. The employee is exposed to the hazard of mobile equipment moving in close areas. High noise levels are present in most areas the employee works.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to be able to stand for long periods and walk between pieces of machinery. He/she is required to lift objects ranging from 1 to 40 lbs. on a regular basis.
Substantial movements of the arms, wrist, hands, and/or fingers are essential in the use of a variety of hand tools and instruments. Some stooping and bending are required. Specific vision ability required by this job includes close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to focus.
Must be able to operate the Tool Assembly Cell including a hydraulic press and pneumatic carton closer; the Hook-a-roon Cell including a hydraulic press, band saw, belt grinder, glue gun and pneumatic carton closer; the Pike Pole Cell including a table saw, hydraulic press, and assembly machine; the Fall Protection Cell including drill presses, proof tester, riveting machines, and an electronic piece counter; the Clean Cell including a cordless drill, side cutters, hand held crimper, and pneumatic carton closer; the Liner Bolt Pack Out Station including a lift table, pneumatic nailer and carton closer; the Other Tool cell including a drill press, pneumatic wrench and carton closer, and banding machine; the Fence Stretcher Cell including a drill press, hand press, hand drill, pneumatic wrench and carton closer; radial arm drill, 1" pawl drill, 2 spindle drill, all paint operations, a variety of hand tools, etc.
