This position's responsibilities involve performing a variety of shipping, warehouse and crating duties. Person must be responsible, experienced and capable of working in a shipping and receiving environment, and able to work with power tools. Responsible for assisting customers with all of their shopping needs including assisting customers in the selection, demonstration, preparation and loading of merchandise. Member Services Representative - Weekend Opener - North/West Family Y's
The Member Services Representative is responsible for providing exemplary customer service to all members, callers, volunteers and visitors to the Scott County Family Y while adhering to Welcome Center Best Practices at all times.
1.Serve as a role model to members and Y staff and live the YMCA mission, vision and values of the YMCA movement at all times.
2.Responsible for ensuring that Welcome Center best practices are followed at all times.
3.Greet all individuals entering the facility in a welcoming manner and direct them
to the appropriate person/location accordingly.
4.Monitor facility access by properly checking Y membership and class/program entry
5.Model and enforce facility policies and put the Y mission in action.
6.Attend all Welcome Center and other required staff meetings and/or trainings.
7.Perform switchboard duties by answering all incoming calls/messages and routing to the appropriate staff.
8.Receive and process payment for membership and program sales, locker rentals, and

The Lifeguard is to oversee the safety of member and program participants of the pool areas. The Lifeguard is also responsible for informing and serving YMCA members and volunteers in a premier fashion. He or she is expected to emphasize member service, character development, the mission statement and to work with membership retention and promotion.

This position is responsible for checking pallet/box identifications against paperwork to ensure that the right product has been selected for the specific line, item and customer to include removing boxes from the cheese and to store the removed materials in a neat and orderly manner. Remove forms from the 640's and store the forms properly, and trim blocks as necessary due to surface defects.
Trim blocks as necessary with quality paid to how the trimming impacts the shape of the block/640. Responsible for weighing and reporting the volume of trim removed.
Previous production and/or manufacturing experience is desired, but we are willing to train dependable and motivated individuals. Must possess solid math skills, the ability to repeatedly lift and move up to 50 lbs., be self-motivated with the ability to effectively multi-task, and adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's). Schedule will be 4/10 hour days and willingness to work overtime required. High School diploma or GED is required.
