Warehouseman / Packer / Crater
As a Warehouseman/Packer/Crater for the CIA, you will support warehouse operations to include packing and crating, dock operations, inventory management and property reutilization. These are entry-level positions requiring officers who have experience in warehouse work and have the capability to operate forklifts and other material handling equipment, work with packing materials to properly pack items for shipment and perform inventory management duties.
Specific duties for this position include:
Performing routine packing of various items
Preparing shipping documentation and labeling
Working with a computer to document receipt and movement of material
Working with customer information to accurately receive and track material
Using established processes and procedures, you will work in a temperature-controlled warehouse on concrete floors where there is exposure to moving vehicles, fumes, noise, dust, and cramped spaces. Work involves a significant amount of standing, walking, bending, and lifting (up to 70 lbs). Frequent use of computers is required, as well as occasional work outdoors in all weather conditions.

The Front Office Manager is responsible for all aspects of the historic 73-room Crater Lake Lodge Front Desk operation. Coordinates front office activities and staff to ensure a positive guest experience. Provides information to guests and staff in a courteous, enthusiastic, and efficient manner. Makes knowledgeable and informed decisions to ensure a smooth operation. A high level, working knowledge of OPERA is required for this position.

Performs all established packing steps for a wide variety of standard to non-standard materials (i.e. chillers, generators, boats, and vehicles) to include, measuring boxes, weighing, cubing, banding, burlaping, and filling with instapack or other types of packing material as appropriate.
Measures and cuts wood to build crates for shipping non-standard materials such as vault doors, small generators, communications equipment, etc.
Determines the appropriate packing materials for crating.
Prepares appropriate shipping documentation and labeling as required for surface and/or air transportation as appropriate.
Assists senior craters in the most complex crating activities that require non-standard/custom crates.
Assists with blocking, bracing, and cushioning for delicate/fragile materials.
Assists in designing and assembling crates to transport non-standard items to include but are not limited to boats, trucks/cars, delicate/fragile high value items, etc.

Assist Head Golf Professional in overall management of the golf operation.
Provide outstanding Guest service to all Crater Springs and Homestead Resort Guests.
Have some familiarity with Golf Now Reservations and Viper tournament software.
Help manage and oversee 75 corporate events.
Assist in developing and coordinating junior golf programs by conducting clinics and special events.
Promote and teach individual and group lessons.
Help develop new golfers
Demonstrate progress toward fulfilling the requirements for PGA certification.
