These positions may require heavy and/or repeated lifting, bending, stooping, reaching overhead or crawling. Specific physical requirements for the job will be discussed during our interview process. Position
To maintain constant supply of yarn to the tufting machine creel.
Move carriers into position using the overhead crane machinery operated with one of four available controllers.
Creeler should position themselves for best visibility when moving crane or carriers. This is generally on the front side (side of direction of movement) and closest to point where crane will be interlocked to a storage rail. To start the creeling procedure move a carrier into position and load onto storage rail in the loading bay.
Creeler should have proper yarn staged on conveyors and should hang both sides of the carrier as described in load pattern book. Call for yarn far enough in advance to prevent unnecessary delays.
Must be able to lift 10-15 lb. packages up to 2,400 timers per day.
Reach requirement: 6 ft. Must be able to squat down to pick up yarn packages from 4 inches off the floor level 1/3 of the time, 16 inches above floor level 1/3 of the time, and 28 inches above the floor level 1/3 of the time. Must be able to hang yarn packages on the creel in various heights ranging from 14 inches (from floor level) to 72 inches high.
Must be able to pull yarn packages off of creel (from various heights mentioned above) and put them into boxes to be packed up. This may be done up to 300 times per day.

Responsibilities of the Creel Hand
Following company guidelines and procedures and all company safety policies and procedures
Regular attendance and punctuality with strict adherence to company attendance guidelines
Availability for overtime when required or necessary
Changing the style of yarn or replacing exhausted packages of yarn on creel carts for the warping process
Proper placement of yarn packages on spindles of creel carts according to warper operator instruction, color-coded spools, yarn package labels and yarn tags
Assisting in threading yarns through eyelets and/or tying new yarn packages to previous yarn in the creel
Discarding and cleaning used or bad yarn to prevent entanglement and/or mix-up of yarn while the warping operation is in process
Removal of old yarn from creel and replacing with new yarn as instructed by warp operator
Cleaning dust,lint and debris from creel, creel carts and any components, baskets, pallet jacks
Assisting warp operator in cleaning up after a sizing operation
Repair of yarn breaks in creel
Replacement of yarn packages or spools when faulty yarn appears
Daily departmental cleaning and organization to include, but not limited to, returning all tools and parts to their proper locations prior to end of regular shift
Effectively communicating with supervisor as well as with previous and following shifts regarding production they have accomplished during shift
Continually monitoring the process and product for quality improvement
Completion of all required and necessary paperwork to maintain ISO certification
All other duties deemed necessary or as requested by supervisor or management

Job Summary This temporary, full-time Creel Clerk will collect data to be used for the estimation of fishing pressure, catch, harvest, and angler demographics on Lake of the Woods. The anticipated employment dates are December 13, 2017 - March 15, 2018. The hours and days of work may vary and will include all weekends and holidays. Responsibilities include:
Perform fisheries census interviewing work by counting and interviewing anglers and other recreational users of surface waters at selected survey sites so that estimates of fishing pressure, catch rates, and species composition may be accurately calculated.
Contact resorts, businesses, and anglers to conduct interviews and gather samples by using polite, friendly conversation, and explaining the reason for the intrusion.
Collect data on anglers' fishing experience and catch based on census design; interview them with the aid of questionnaire forms; identify, weigh, and measure fish; collect scales, fin spines, or other fish parts; and collect and document weather and water temperatures.
Transport and utilize various equipment including a full-sized pick-up truck, all-terrain vehicles, or snowmobiles.
Count angling/boating activity through observation and the use of a mechanical counter. Answer or properly refer questions about fishing and DNR fisheries work in general by using basic DNR program and fishing knowledge. Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: * Ability to work in adverse weather and environmental conditions for 10 hour days in cold winter temperatures along the US and Canadian border.
Ability to operate a snowmobile.
Ability to read, write, and speak English sufficient to request and record information.
Math skills sufficient to count and measure.
Ability to identify common fish species.
Understanding of basic fish anatomy.
Ability to independently follow a detailed schedule for collection of data.
Word processing and typing/keyboarding skills sufficient to accurately and efficiently enter data.
Preferred Qualifications: * Associate's degree in fisheries management, aquatic biology, or related field.
Basic knowledge of occupational hazards, safety requirements, and the types of personal protective equipment appropriate to carry out tasks.
Experience using Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access.
Experience identifying common fish species.
Knowledge of Minnesota Department of Natural Resources - Fisheries policies and angling regulations.
Ability to navigate using a lake map, GPS, and a compass.
Experience with operation and maintenance of snowmobiles.
Ability to work independently in remote locations.
Experience working as a Fisheries Census Clerk or equivalent.
Physical Requirements Requires occasionally lifting articles of 50-pounds maximum and frequently lifting and/or carrying objects such as heavy tools and file boxes. This job may require walking or standing to a significant degree on rough terrain or may involve sitting most of the time with pushing and pulling of arm and/or leg controls.

JOB SUMMARY: Accurately initiates, indexes, processes, maintains and records incoming court fillings and collection of court fees in accordance with the Texas Codes of Civil, Family and Criminal Procedures and the Texas Government Code.
