The Scheduler is responsible for field scheduling of delivery and/or installation work, including manpower and vehicle assignments, final work order instructions, and primary communication with field crews. Experience with scheduling labor crews is required.
· Review installation packets for completeness and clarity;
· Contact client to confirm readiness for delivery or installation and verify address and scope of work;
· Provide instructions to crews when field situations require modification of work order;
· Interface with Warehouse Supervisor to validate product receipt;
· Interface with sales, design, customer service, project management and installation regarding schedules and work order instructions;
· Ensure that field paperwork is complete and communicated to appropriate parties;
· Process completed time sheets; enter hours worked for job costing purposes; and
· Map out logistically and with sound reasoning the daily assignments for each crew.

Basic Qualifications • Requires 4 to 5 years of experience. • Requires well-rounded knowledge of operations and structure of all model helicopters, engines, accessories, and electrical and hydraulic systems. Work from complicated blueprints and specifications and use a variety of precision measuring and testing instruments and gauges. • Requires knowledge of, and familiarity with, inspection practices, sheet metal fabrication and hand signals (Air Force Regulations 62-10) • Equivalent to 2 years high school plus 2 – 3 years trades training and A&P license. Must maintain current certification(s) as required.
Additional Information: Work will be performed at the customer's facility in Pax River, MD and is dependent upon the CH-53K helicopter test program. The program began operations in Pax River in Q2 2017 and is planned to end in Q3 2019*. The individual may initially begin this assignment working at the Development Flight Center in Jupiter, FL for training or until additional aircraft transition to Pax River.
