What you will accomplish
Supervising and leading a crew while conducting archaeological monitoring, survey, testing, and data recovery. Communicating with Field Directors, Project Managers, and GIS staff through regular, scheduled field status reports. Participating in technical research and writing and data QA/QC for reporting efforts. Assisting with mapping responsibilities in the field, including collection of GPS data using Trimble units
Experience and qualifications for success
Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Anthropology, Archaeology or a closely related field required
A minimum of two (2) years of experience with a wide range of field methodologies, including archaeological survey, testing, excavation, and monitoring required; experience in Southwest preferred
Previous field supervisory experience required
Completed accredited field school experience is highly preferred
Ability to be listed on federal and state cultural resource permits in New Mexico
Ability to travel to a location, walk and conduct fieldwork for long hours, sometimes in inclement weather, rugged terrain, often at high altitudes, and ability to carry equipment and supplies weighing up to 40 pounds is required

135 Flight Crew Scheduler
Creates, modifies and archives Part 135 flight crew schedules according to crew availability, mechanical requirements, weather, customs requests and government regulations. This position also advises the appropriate personnel of potential delays or cancellations.
Given times, route and aircraft requirements, this position prepares and maintains flight crew schedules.
Coordinates with Pilots, Flight Managers and Operations regarding current and future schedules.
Makes preparations for pilot payroll for Domestic and Caribbean flight personnel on a weekly basis.
Coordinates with SJU management on Puerto Rico pilot payroll.
Posts pilot notes for daily and weekly schedules and schedule changes.
Notifies pilots of changes via email, phone, etc.
Maintains historical archive of schedules.
Advises, assists, and plans travel to coordinate with pilot schedules and recurrent training.
Assists in the coordination and booking of air, hotel and car accommodations for Flight and Maintenance departments and verification and approval of hotel invoices, as needed.
Verifies travel weekly with Travel Coordinator for upcoming schedules.
Assists with input of pilot travel into expense report system as needed.
Coordinates and notifies FAA of upcoming Training Events.
Assists with Expense Report approval.
Manages communication and documentation of 135 pilot vacation bids and approval.
Maintains 135 Pilot PTO and Vacation log.
Oversees daily workload within flight administrative function to ensure smooth operation.
Coordinates and assists in scheduling of 135 initial and recurrent training.
Perform duties and responsibilities of 121 Flight Crew Scheduler in their absence.
Serves as a back up to all duties of Travel Coordinator.
Assists the Chief Pilots and Assistant Chief Pilots with day to day duties.
Other duties as assigned.
College degree preferred; FAA Certified Dispatcher preferred.
Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the aviation field.
Strong planning and organizational skills.
Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access.
Knowledge of aircraft dispatch principles and aircraft trip planning principles, including knowledge of FAA regulations, airport information, resources available for trip planning, aircraft and trip support, and weather monitoring; general knowledge of geography and how it relates to aviation and flight planning.
Provide administrative support for the department. Keep all paper and electronic files in a neat and orderly manner. Process invoices for payment approval by the Director of Aviation.
They must also be diplomatic when it comes to making decisions concerning which crew members take which shift.
Ability to analyze complex situations, problem solve, collaborate with others and precise time management.
Work typically performed in an office environment.

Duties and Responsibilities
Develops and coordinates individual pilot and flight attendant schedules.
Maintains the integrity of the flight schedule by ensuring that all segments have been assigned to a legal crew.
