AAGA American Auto Glass Administrators, Inc., is a Rhode Island corporation and wholly owned subsidiary of AAA Southern New England. The role of AAGA is to act as the exclusive TPA (Third Party Administrator) for handling Glass Claims for Commerce Insurance Company's customers residing in Massachusetts.
Responds to insured's request, takes first notice of loss for auto glass repair and replacement. Recommends approved glass network, promotes benefits of programs with the approved glass network. Reviews with the insured's options regarding use of consumer choice and approved glass facilities and services, qualifies and explains benefits of glass repair vs. replacement benefits, while adhering to glass regulations, policy and scripting to help achieve organizational goals.
One to four years of customer service experience or equivalent experience in another field is required. Some insurance and/or claims experience preferred.

This position will work as a member of Tesla's Materials Test Lab to support materials and part level testing, focusing on glass products.
Perform & document a variety of testing on glass products, including
Mechanical – ring-on-ring, 4-pt bend, blunt and sharp object impact, abrasion, etc
Environmental – UV, thermal, humidity, chemical, etc
Characterization – color, surface profile, edge and bulk stress, etc

Job Description: Summary
Responsible for the day to day operating, monitoring, and repair of glass cutting machines in line with auto glass packing equipment and ultrasonic washers. The associate must be able to work both independently and as a team member and actively communicate with others to include workplace teams.
Responsible for meeting/exceeding production standards, maintaining product quality, and minimizing/preventing equipment downtime. Regular, punctual attendance is an essential job function.
