Properly feed blanks on up to four cup machines per company procedure.
Change out bottom stock as necessary.
Maintain and accurately complete machine hour by hour charts.
Perform detailed routine quality checks on printed materials and fully formed products.
Understand and effectively complete the necessary procedures for performing start up and shut down of machinery.
Communicate effectively with order department personnel to maintain quality standards and production requirements.

17033139 JOB SUMMARY Utilizes advanced skills to perform complex preventive maintenance and corrective repair of buildings, industrial systems, boilers, chillers, cooling towers, air compressors, pumps, and related auxiliary equipment. Working under limited supervision, monitors building system operations and performance. Utilizes several trade skills such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, roofing, heating and cooling.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Complies with all applicable codes, regulations, governmental agency and Company directives related to building operations and work safety. Inspects building systems including fire alarms, HVAC, and plumbing to ensure operation of equipment is within design capabilities and achieves environmental conditions prescribed by client.
Oversees and inspects the work performed by outside contractors. Contracted work includes landscaping, snow removal, remodeling, HVAC, plumbers, and cleaning. Performs assigned repairs, emergency and preventive maintenance.
Completes maintenance and repair records as required. Reviews assigned work orders. Estimates time and materials needed to complete repair.
Orders necessary materials and supplies to complete all tasks. Maintains an energy management program to ensure measures are taken to operate all systems in the most efficient manner to keep operating costs at a minimum. Maintains the building lighting system, including element and ballast repairs or replacements.
Performs welding, carpentry, furniture assembly and locksmith tasks as needed. Responds quickly to emergency situations, summoning additional assistance as needed. Performs other duties as assigned.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES No formal supervisory responsibilities in this position. May provide informal assistance such as technical guidance and/or training to coworkers. May coordinate work and assign tasks.

Ability to effectively present information to an internal department and/or large groups of employees. Requires basic knowledge of financial terms and principles. Some on the duties Include: - Surfacing Blocker: o Utilize the blocking machine to accurately secure a block to all lenses going through the surfacing department. o Operate taping equipment to apply protective tape to the front of the lenses. 20% o Generator Operator:
Operate the generator machine used to cut the lenses to the correct prescription. 20% o Surface Finer/Polisher: Operate the equipment used to fine and polish all lenses going through the surfacing department. 20% o Tool Puller: Numerically locate the correct tools for polishing and fining and place them in the appropriate tray.
Return tools to rack once complete. 15% o Lens Washer: Hand wash and dry lenses followed by a brief cosmetic inspection of the lenses. Grasp lens with deblocking cup and strike against table to remove block from lenses.
Remove tape from lenses. o 15% Spin Coat Operator:
Operate the coating machine to apply spin coat and perform a cosmetic inspection of the lenses. 10%

We are seeking full-time Injection Molding Machine Operators for a Plastic Injection Molding manufacturing facility in OKC! These are temp to hire, full time positions.
As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for sorting and inspecting product from each machine, trimming plastic parts as required, counting, labeling and packaging. Depending on the type of part being produced, operators may be attending to more than one machine running automatically, or may be operating a single machine requiring inserts to be installed or parts to be removed from the machine manually.
