POSITION REQUIREMENTS (not all inclusive)
Candidate must be at least 18 years old.
A minimum of one-year work experience required.
Experience working with hazardous materials in a fast pace manufacturing facility is preferred.
Prior experience with handling small components is preferred.

Individual must be multi-tasking, detail-oriented, and have the ability to work in a team environment.
Individual must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull 25+ lbs.
Position requires standing 6+ hours and walking 2+ hours a day.

BASIC FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES (not all inclusive)
Charges approximately 500 to 2000 plates per shift.
Individual is responsible for putting primer mix into tub and onto table.
Knead mix into charge plate and transfer cup plates in/out of foiler.
Production positions have a 2-year multi-step wage progression starting at 80% wages. Employees will progress in increments of 5% occurring at 90 days of service, 12 months of service, 18 months of service, and 24 months of service.
For this position, the starting wage is $18.87 an hour.

The Field Service Technician is responsible for delivering, installing, diagnosing, and repairing products. These products include industrial batteries, chargers, and battery handling equipment, as well as other products deemed necessary to build and maintain a satisfied and profitable customer base.
Build strong relationships with customers.
Perform equipment diagnostics and repairs:
Batteries - including load tests, cell replacements, cable repairs, connector replacements, and contact tip replacements.
Chargers - including ferroresonant, SCR, and high-frequency technologies.
Battery Handling Equipment & Accessories - including battery changers, battery wash cabinets, battery watering systems, electronic battery rotation systems, and battery monitoring systems.
Execute planned maintenance agreements, including:
Battery inspections, battery watering, battery washing, and recording of cell voltages and specific gravities.
Charger inspections, calibrations, and adjustments.
Coordinate problem resolution with Technical Support, Customer Service, Sales, and other personnel to expedite repairs.
Install and/or assist in the installation of batteries, chargers, battery/charger stands, battery handling systems, multi-level battery racking systems, man-on-board battery changers, battery monitoring systems, and battery watering systems including iTag.
Travel to other branches or job-sites as required to assist with product installation, removal or repairs (some overnight travel will be required).

Maintenance Technician I-Distribution Center
The Battery Technician is responsible for maintaining and changing the batteries used in warehouse equipment.
Complete battery charger repairs, battery changes for MHE, repair of plugs and tips of batteries and chargers, watering and washing batteries, acid spill clean up
Ensure that there is a full stock of charged batteries to be used for battery changes
Required to interpret and understand plans and specifications, schematics, operating and maintenance manuals
Will also perform light maintenance within the distribution center as directed
Other duties as assigned
High school diploma or general equivalency degree required
At least one year of related experience is required; this experience could also have been gained from a related training program
Experience with Raymond MHE preferred
Experience logging work orders and PMs into computerized tracking systems preferred.

You will be constantly standing, walking, riding, carrying, twisting, bending, balancing, seeing, hearing, and handling paperwork. You will regularly be lifting objects weighing from less than 20 lbs. to 60 lbs.

Shop Service Technician
This position will be responsible for the repair and maintenance of electric, diesel, and gasoline industrial trucks and batteries and/or construction and aerial equipment.

Essential Functions Statement(s)
Accepts assigned work orders from Service Dispatcher, Planner and Manager in order to begin diagnosing and planning work required to repair the units.
Makes mechanical repairs to equipment after a complete inspection and analysis of breakdown has been completed and approved by the Service Manager / Shop Lead.
Responsible for writing complete repair descriptions on work order, including correct model and serial number of equipment and hour meter reading.
Examines protective guards, loose bolts, and any specified safety devices on units and makes adjustments.
Lubricates moving parts and drives repaired truck to verify conformance to specifications and ensures final quality inspection is conducted prior to make the unit ready for return to service.
Turns in all paperwork to Service Dispatcher/Planner daily. Includes work orders, time cards, etc;
Provide the Service Manager with reporting data related to work in progress totals for field technicians
Control flow of work in the shop (including trucking and rentals when necessary)
Create and communicate all quotes for work to be done in the shop.
Provide guidance to technicians to assist in the completion of repairs when necessary
Open, review, and validate all information on all work orders at the time of the service job as well as throughout the process until the billing is complete
Create and organize all paperwork generated during the shop repair. (Including the shop folders)
Communicate with customers on status of their shop job via outbound calls as the work is being performed
Confirm scheduled maintenance has been performed on all units in the shop for repairs
Create and communicate field service quotes when necessary
Answer and respond to incoming customer service calls
Final sign off on shop work orders prior to invoicing
Perform other duties assigned by management
SKILLS & ABILITIES
Education / Experience: High School Diploma or Equivalent; 1 year of related mechanical experience and or/training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Ability: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
Math Ability: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, and Internet software.
Certificates and Licenses: Must have valid driver's license
