A Day in the Life of an Insulation Foreman
The Insulation Foreman position will be responsible for planning, organizing, and supervising 2-3-member crew job sites and ensuring all company safety policies and procedures are followed. The Insulation Foreman will organize job tasks for crew members which will provide for a successful on-time and within budget project.
The Insulation Foreman will communicate with the customer prior, during and at the completion of the project and will complete a walk-through at the project's completion with the customer to ensure customer satisfaction. Primary Job Responsibilities:
Interpret, Design, Estimate and communicate daily quotations on projects with Tapered Roof Insulation in the specification
Work daily with Architects, General contractors, Roofing contractors on design and budgetary constraints
Communicate with contractors on revisions to projects to close the sale.
Generate working shop drawings for submittals

Minimum Job Requirements:
An Associate's or Technical Degree in Drafting, Construction Design, Construction Technology, Mechanical Drafting or a similar degree is required.
