High school diploma or GED preferred.
Must have a clean driving record and the ability to obtain CDL within 60 days of employment. Supervise and perform all aspects of a Safway Construction project across all Safway disciplines, including scaffolding, insulation, painting, and motorized applications.
Organize, train and equip personnel to provide our customers with the safest, high quality and most productive product to meet their needs.
Work closely with the Safety Department to maintain a safe work site, free of safety hazards by monitoring compliance with project safety program requirements as well as complying with state and federal safety guidelines; document and ensure corrective measures are implemented.
Develop pre-job plan to assure the proper Safway equipment is available per job requirements, which could require the development of layout design, estimating, bidding, and change orders.

- Assist stagers in moving sections to assembly area.
- Cut haircell insulation to proper size as required.
- Install haircell insulation and retainer clips or backer sheets.
- Move completed orders to staging area.
- Work closely with Material Expediter and Stager to ensure appropriate inventory of supplies.

2. Sales representative: 15% of contract value plus bonus (easily 100k+ annually).
3. Technician: lead/assistant $70dollars/$40 dollars per installation (up to 25 installations a week).
Appointment setters will have a signed geographical locations to go and set appointments in residential neighborhoods. There are statewide cash incentives for energy efficiency upgrades. You simply ask if they have used these funds. If they haven't, you notify them that they can receive a whole-home energy audit completed for free ($500 value). Successful appointment setters will have the opportunity to move up to a sales position and increase pay levels. Everyone must start as an appointment setter first, then have the option to advance.
Sales positions will consist of performing a home energy audit (training provided). After the audit is completed, you will explain the statewide incentives and schedule a time for the work to be done on the home.
