The RH Cushion Sewer will operate sewing machines to sew and match fabric cushions by performing the following duties.
Places correct spool of thread on spindle and prepares machine. Places correct bobbin in machine and prepares eye.
Use pedal to control the sewing machine.
Correctly position parts to be sewn under foot and sews them together.
Reads and follows instructions on the sew notes provided.
Observes stitching to detect defects and notifies leader when defects are caused by the machine.
Cuts excess thread or material.
Oils and cleans machine.
Maintains equipment and work area in an orderly manner.
Observes all plant safety rules.
Other duties may be assigned.

Landing Craft, Air Cushion (Lcac) Sheet Metal Technician
- LCAC Sheet Metal Technician: Plans, lays out, fabricates, assembles, installs, and repairs both internal and external LCAC sheet metal structures and surfaces in accordance with applicable technical manuals and engineering drawings.
Fabricates, assembles, installs, and repairs production sheet metal products and equipment. Operates metal fabrication equipment such as punch press, shears, rolls, power brakes, and saws to cut, bend, straighten, and form sheet metal stock or parts. Makes shop aids such as stops, guides, feeding aids, and blocks to facilitate machine operations.
Locates and marks bending or cutting lines and reference points onto work piece using rule, compass, straightedge, or by tracing from templates. Performs file and burr operations as required. May monitor and verify quality in accordance with statistical process or other control procedures.
This position entails the duties of stuffing seat cushions, pillow backs and throw pillows. The operator must be able to operate the cushion stuffing machine in a safe operation while stuffing the cushion.
Must be able to stand long periods of time and upon occasion lifting up to 50 lbs of materials at times. Must learn how to stuff the cushions to meet our quality standards and meet the time standards set within the process. MOLD MAKER - Seeking skilled journeyman mold maker to repair and maintain all molds/tooling and build spare parts for production and maintenance. This is a full-time, direct-hire, 1st shift opportunity. Build and repair all types, sizes, and shapes of rubber injection molds with the ability to assemble and test complex tools and molds in the production phase. As a Mold Maker, you will be responsible for utilizing all mold shop tools/equipment and interpreting 2D/3D drawings for the fabrication, maintenance, repair, and engineering changes on company injection molds and mold parts. You will work with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and improve mold performance, as well as maintain and perform periodic maintenance.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Troubleshoot, repair, maintain, optimize, and modify highly engineered, premium quality injection molds
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair tooling problems on the production floor.
Identify and implement tooling improvements
Operate equipment including, but not limited to: welding, manual lathes and mills, surface grinders, and bench tools.
Designs, builds, and maintains fixtures, gauges, and special tooling including End of Arm tooling.
Performs layout, construction, and diagnosis of injection molding tools, dies, jigs, fixtures, gauges, and machine parts
Works with manufacturing engineer to implement and debug new tools
Studies/reads/interprets specifications such as blueprints, sketches, models, or descriptions or from the actual part to be copied or fitted, and visualizes product to determine materials required and machines to be used to fabricate parts.
Cleans, repairs, and sets up injection molding tools
Maintains equipment in work area in a clean and orderly condition
Sets up and operates machine tools such as lathe, milling machine, and grinder to machine parts, and verify conformance of machined parts to specification.
Lifts/moves machined parts to position and secure parts on surface plate or worktable
Verifies dimensions, alignments, and clearances
Develop specifications from general descriptions for specialty tools, and draws or sketches design of product
Planning and setting up of various shop tools, taking into consideration the type of material, tolerances, and machine tool feeds and speeds
Uses precision measuring tools and gauges to perform inspections on molds
Fitting and assembling of mold parts, tools, and dies
Setting up run off and testing molds to product a product meeting specifications and making any necessary modifications
Break-down, clean, and reassemble molds as part of a periodic maintenance plan
Ability to read blueprints and use measuring instruments
Ability to use standard hand tools, precision measuring tools and gauges, cranes, boring machines, and other typical mold making equipment. These include, but are not limited to, manual mills, lathes, surface/cylindrical grinders, and honing machines
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience fabricating, maintaining, and repairing production tooling, molds, and dies
Journeyman's Certificate and/or vocational training preferred. Exceptional candidates may apply without these requirements
Welding background a plus
Ability to work overtime as required
Previous tool/mold making experience, preferably in an injection molding manufacturing environment
Journeyman card a plus
Designs and builds complex automated assembly equipment using CNC mills, lathes, gringers etc. Will work off of prints and when needed will design the tooling in Solidworks. Some travel may be required to support tooling being sent to other locations.

Leads and/or supports TS and ISO 14001 Roles, Responsibilities, and Authorities.
Carries out basic machine maintenance.
Personal Tool Box required.
4-6 years in the machining field with knowledge of programming CNC's with Mastercam software. Experience in Solidworks would be a plus.
Knowledge of CAD and good computer skills.
An understanding of the properties of materials.

The Toolmaker is responsible to build, revise and maintain Entegris and Customer owned molds, tooling, and fixtures by performing machining and mechanical processes, methods and techniques.
In this role you will
Support production by having tools Green Tagged as needed. Repair tools in the press if possible to allow quick turn-around with issues as they arise.
Maintains current and appropriate documentation in mold files. Maintain an accurate record on ECO changes. Complete all job related documentation. Operates all Tool Room equipment at a high level of competency (CNC Mills, CNC EDMs, CNC Lathe and micro-welder.
Working knowledge of MASTERCAM and SolidWorks software. Competently use SolidWorks/Creo software to create or modify moderately complex solid models.
Troubleshoots and diagnoses problems related to mold cycling, mold function in the press, miscellaneous tooling and fixtures as required.
Complete miscellaneous tasks as assigned in support of the larger organization and production goals.
Provide support for Production and "New Product Development" through process, and product improvements.
Assemble production molds, clean molds following standard procedures, and reassembles such as required.
Completes other duties as assigned.
Traits we believe make a strong candidate
Requires a fully experience Toolmaker with at least seven years of on-the-job experience.
Applies advanced tool-making skills to work independently in project planning and executing the completion of projects requiring machining, fitting, assembling and trouble-shooting for the fabrication (and repair) of injection molds, prototype fixtures, and components for the various products at Entegris.
Requires strong working knowledge of MASTERCAM and SolidWorks Demonstrates initiative and independent judgment.
Possesses strong skills creating or modifying moderately complex SolidWorks solid models.
Resolves most questions and problems and refers only the most complex issues to higher levels.
Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish assigned goals both independently and as a lead person on projects.
