Tower Hands support allaspects of tower installations, including all antennas and transmissionlines. Tower Hands Perform construction duties on a daily basis ensuringquality construction fromthe foundation to erection of lattice towers, monopoles, and guyed towers.
Trouble shoots Alarms / RSSI issues at sites using supplied sweepgear.
Perform electrical down tilts and mechanical down tilts to avariety of antennas using supplied antenna controller units.
Run jumpers as needed to complete ongoing scopes of work.
May devise jumper connections with knowledge from connectortraining.
Complete required equipment and supply paperwork.
Climbing communicationsstructures, to include: guyed; self-supporting; monopoles; building/rooftops;grain silos; etc.
Performing audits: safety;defect and quality.
Ability to follow daily instructions.
Ability to run jumpers as needed tocomplete ongoing scopes of work.

Hospital for Special Surgery's Rehabilitation Department is seeking a clinical Manager for our Hand and Upper Extremity Therapy Center. This position offers the opportunity for a Manager to work as a part of a team of highly experienced hand therapists and world renowned physicians. The patient population will encompass a large variety of hand, wrist and elbow diagnoses including post-surgical trauma, fractures, dislocations, tendon lacerations, Dupuytren's, arthritis, brachial plexus injuries, amputations and rheumatic conditions.
To qualify, you must be a New York State licensed Occupational or Physical Therapist and Certified Hand Therapist with 7+ years of out-patient clinical expertise with an emphasis in examination and treatment of various upper extremity conditions. Experience with custom orthosis fabrication is also required. You must have prior experience in leadership and team management within an environment involving close collaboration with physicians.
Along with clinical expertise, this position requires strong communication, team building, mentoring and leadership skills. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic self-starter and have excellent customer service skills.
