We are seeking applicants for a Rotary Die Cutter Machine Helper in our Pearl, MS facility.
Responsibilities:
Work as part of a team in support of a manufacturing operation with a goal of increasing productivity; decreasing downtime and waste.
Assume active role in overall plant and facilities-related work. Position requires assisting all jobs on the plant floor.
Follow all company safety rules and lock-out tag-out procedures.
Rotary Die Cutter requires the handling, mounting and unmounting cutting dies on machine, safely, correctly, and efficiently.
Be able to pull all the proper tooling (rotary, print die, and ink) for the next order during the previous order.
Maintain work station and machine equipment per 5S Standards.
May be required to stack parts up to 30 lbs. for a period of up to 12 hours.
Conduct accurate quality checks to ensure boxes have required dimensions and zero material defects.
Other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities
Use and apply total life cycle management, as well as inform the requirements process by identifying logistics capability gaps, requirements generation, acquisition, fielding, sustainment, and disposal of materiel solutions.
Use and apply Department of Defense Instruction (DoDI) 5000 acquisition processes, relating it to products, production, and sustainment.

Job Responsibilities:
Provide semi-skilled labor intensive assistance for rotary drilling crews. This could include the operation of various types of vehicles, equipment/machinery, including:
Hauling supplies to and from the drill site
Manual material handling
Mixing drilling fluids
Assisting the driller in the drilling processes
The candidate will also be responsible for general condition and obtaining optimum life out of all site equipment and tools. You will be responsible for keeping sample bags in numeric order according to designated footages. Also, at times, you may be responsible for the training of new driller assistants in a safe environment.
Education and Experience:
Typically requires a High School diploma or GED or equivalent and/or a minimum of 0 – 1 years of directly related experience in small or large rotary drilling.

Fixed Shear Operator
The Fixed Shear Operator reports to the Facility & Operations Supervisor, or the Terminal Operations Manager. The Fixed Shear Operator is responsible for the set up, operation, or maintenance of the fixed shear while ensuring that all of his/her efforts are compliant with the company Health, Safety, and Environmental standards. Duties may include the operation of one or several types of power equipment to assist in the cutting or shearing of metal. The Fixed Shear Operator should possess knowledge of machines and tools including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance.

Job Conditions
This position is regularly exposed to all weather conditions. Physical hazards such as noise, fumes, and dirt are present due to the equipment, machinery, and scrap as would be found throughout the scrap yard. Safety shoes, hearing protection, respirators, face shields, and additional personal protective equipment as needed, must be worn to eliminate the risks associated with these hazards. Travel is not required for this position.
Handling multiple issues regarding safety and maintenance increases pressure. Work load may be unpredictable and pressure can be substantial during peak times. Critical deadlines require considerable adaptability. Disturbances of work flow and/or irregularities in work schedule are expected and occur on an intermittent basis. Extra hours may be required, sometimes on weekends, weekdays, and holidays.

Fisheries Technician 2- Rotary Screw Traps And Spawning Surveys
Position/Project Specifics:
Fisheries Technician II in Charge of Rotary Screw Traps, Snorkeling, and Spawning Ground Survey crews. Stationed in McCall, Idaho.
Incumbent joins the Wild Salmon and Steelhead monitoring crew tasked with monitoring and evaluating Idaho's anadromous salmonid populations. The primary duties of this position are: a) Operate and oversee a crew operating rotary screw traps on the South Fork Salmon River and in the Frank-Church Wilderness Area (40% of time) b) Conduct and lead a crew conducting snorkel surveys to enumerate salmonids in remote areas for up to 8 days at a time (40% of time) c) Organize and conduct spawning ground surveys to count chinook salmon redds (10% of time) d) Organize and lead a crew in angler surveys (10% of time). This position will oversee a snorkel crew (6 individuals) and trap tenders (4 individuals).
Schedule is variable based on duties and time of year. During the field season, incumbent will generally work 8 days on, 6 days off, with the 8 days being conducted mostly in the field. Variability in this schedule is likely. Working 50% or more weekends is necessary. Schedule is fairly flexible during winter months. Position is full-time, with a contract lasting one year that is likely to be extended from year-to-year.
This position will include daily driving on backcountry and mountain roads.
Essential Functions:
Lead and participate in survey crews that conduct fishery presence/absence research, recreational fishing surveys, anadromous fish escapement surveys (carcass, redd, trap/weir, snorkel, etc.), or tag detection and mark recovery surveys. Make standardized observations such as species identification, length, weight, behavior, growth, survival, reproductive condition, fin clips or tags, and/or signs of parasites, diseases or pathogens.
Lead crew in regular facility inspections including, for example, dewatering equipment, pumps, flumes, gates, tanks, screens, filters, gatewells, and/or tag interrogation equipment. Respond appropriately and immediately to emergencies.
Lead crew in watershed and stream assessments and habitat surveys. May include stream habitat inventories (channel typing, habitat typing, woody debris, etc.), road inventories, and riparian inventories.
Update database by entering, checking, and/or editing biological or habitat data that has been inputted on field forms, electronic data loggers, and/or desktop computers. Maintain, organize and provide access to databases. Write memoranda and short reports for transfer of data. Produce summaries including corrections. Produce presentation quality tables and graphs of data.
May assist with preliminary data summaries and analyses, or technical report writing.

Physical Demands:
Demands can range from moderate-including walking, climbing stairs and ladders, reaching, lifting, bending, and strenuous sweeping-to rigorous. MEAT CUTTER
Meat Cutters are responsible for cutting, processing, weighing, wrapping, receiving and rotating all meat products while maintaining proper sanitation standards and handling other responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements:
- Qualified journeymen meat cutter (to qualify, one must have passed an apprenticeship program and or must be able to cut all beef, pork and veal primal to company specifications and produce a profitable return)
Physical Requirements:
Working in a refrigerated environment (30-40 degrees)
Working in damp conditions
Lifting containers ranging from 20 – 80 lbs.
Working around power equipment and sharp knives
Minimum Age Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years of age.
