Cutter Machine Operator
A well established and growing national packaging manufacturer is currently looking to expand the production staff. The slitter operator position will be setting up and running a slitter.
This is a full-time, permanent position which offers a comprehensive benefits package once the probationary period has been completed. The work environment is extremely clean and follows sanitary regulations because the packaging product is used within the food industry.
This position will be for 3rd shift 10:45pm-7:15 am .Candidates must be flexible to work overtime when needed.
The starting pay rate is $15.00-$17.00 hour based on experience.
> Set the slitter up to order specifications
> Run slitter based on quality restrictions
> Weight and wrap all finished product from slitter and from the press department
> Properly fill out paperwork for slitter production
> Perform any required preventive maintenance
Qualified candidates should have at least 1 year of steady work history within a manufacturing environment. The preferred manufacturing experience would be in printing, packaging for food processing. Candidates should have a solid mechanical aptitude, comfortable working with hand tools & power tools, and the ability accept training that can sometime be complicated.
The physical requirements for this position include the following:

Effectively implements YMCA swim curricula for various levels and populations depending on class needs as outlined by the standards of the YMCA.
Prepares progressive lesson plans to enhance the experience of program participants.
