JOB DESCRIPTION: Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC) is seeking a Data Analyst to support the Project Management Office for Aircraft Survivability Equipment (PMO ASE) located in Huntsville, AL. The candidate will function as an integral member of a team of Government, Military, and Contractor Personnel that provides program, engineering, and technical support to PMO ASE. PMO ASE is an acquisition management organization under the Program Executive Office for Intelligence, Electronic Warfare & Sensors (PEO IEW&S). The team provides acquisition management support, program research, engineering, logistics, and technical support for the development and fielding of world class aircraft survivability equipment. The candidate will work within PMO ASE supporting Product Offices by providing in-depth detailed analysis of data recorded/collected during test execution of various U.S. Army Aircraft Survivability Equipment (ASE) on rotary and fixed wing aircraft. As part of the SAIC ASE Test Team, the candidate will write data analysis plans and provide onsite and post-test analysis of U.S. Army laboratory, ground, flight, and free flight missile testing results using custom developed analysis tools. Post-test activities include the candidate providing detailed technical out-briefs of analyses to senior U.S. Army Officers and Civilians. Other daily duties include providing technical input to test directors and review of testing requirements and test readiness.
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelors Degree desired.

Expertise in Missile Systems, Weapon Systems, Infrared Seeker Systems and Radar Engineering & Analysis; Modeling & Simulation; Testing, and Software Development.
Develop the planning and executing analysis of ASE level capabilities, draw conclusions and report results from the testing to determine engineering sufficiency to declare the system upgrades ready for implementation.
Lead team analysis efforts and presentation of individual and team results to the customer.
Evaluate system level requirements to determine adequacy of ASE capabilities, interfaces and associated behaviors and interpretation of model results and test results from prior testing to guide future assessment needs.
Apply practical knowledge to flight testing principles and concepts applicable to the developmental and system qualification testing of DoD aircraft.
Experience with aircraft survivability equipment and test & evaluation programs and practices.

Role Summary:The Analyst will work on clinical engagements at large hospitals and follow a problem-back approach, leveraging onsite interviews and sophisticated data mining to create and define high-value problem statements. The Customer Success team is looking for a Data Analyst to partner with customer success leaders to help drive their business units forward based on data driven decisions. As the data analyst you will define, scope, investigate and solve meaningful business problems. You will also help leaders review and better understand their business at regular intervals.
What you will do:
Provide insights into operational health and employee experience by developing business intelligence reports sourcing from various systems
Contribute to key business decisions by providing data-driven insights derived from complex data investigations, data mining and modeling
Undertake data investigations by extracting, cleansing, combining, manipulating and analyzing large datasets from multiple sources and presenting analytical findings
Partner with various members of CS leadership team to help them better understand their business
This role will work closely with the CS Data Insights Manager

We are seeking an exceptional Data Analyst who will help improve the lives of our Northern California patients and communities. You will develop insights, visualizations and analysis that deepen our understanding of patients' needs, desires and perceptions through actionable insights that are timely, accurate and actionable.
The Data Analyst plays a critical role in understanding the Patient Experience by managing analytics, forecasting, Tableau dashboards, and communications to key stakeholders, committees and leadership. You will develop KPIs and manage large scale projects by synthesizing large complex data sets into reports and insights that are actionable, influential, and impactful.
Own the development, design and maintenance of key ongoing metrics, forecasts, and reports on the key drivers of patient experience and satisfaction
Enable effective decision making by retrieving and aggregating data from multiple sources into intuitive and digestible reports
Develop a thorough understanding of what patients are feeling, thinking, and needing in their interactions with Sutter
Analyze key insight trends and build models using statistical rigor that assist in creating better services through thought leadership
Knowledge and direct experience using business intelligence reporting tools (e.g. Tableau, Business Objects, etc.) to develop intuitive and actionable visualizations
Knowledge of SQL and experience with accessing large data sets
Establish scalable, efficient, automated processes for large scale data analysis and report retrieval
Assists in managing outside vendors by ensuring partners are accurate, timely, and accountable for their deliverables
Serves as an effective communicator and data support to key stakeholders, leaders, and teams
Eager to learn new processes and tools
- Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent education/experience required
Knowledge and use of Tableau or comparable Business Intelligence reporting tool (MicroStrategy, Cognos) highly desirable.
Intermediate capabilities with Excel, Access and other analytical tools to enable forecasting and modeling to answer advanced business questions
Strong project management skills, experience conveying key insights and analysis in summarized business terms
History of proven results in application of strategic and financial analysis.
Exposure to data science programming languages, like R or Python, preferred
5 years' experience with data analysis in the healthcare industry preferred.
