Regional Director Of Enterprise EUC Accounts - Northeast
The Regional Director of Enterprise Accounts EUC Sales will lead a team of Sales Specialists supporting VMware's Enterprise Accounts segment. You will lead a sales team to achieve a bookings quota and will refine and own the sales engagement and forecasting processes. JOB REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE (Minimum Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree with emphasis in human resources or related discipline. Master’s degree preferred.
Four to six years of H.R. generalist experience.
2+ years of related progressive supervisory/managerial experience.
Experience in a unionized manufacturing environment is preferred.
Extensive working knowledge of applicable labor, human rights, health and safety legislation, in addition

- Takes into consideration the type of material, tolerances, choice of cutting tools, lubricants/coolants and machine tool feeds and speeds.

Senior Manufacturing Engineer / Automotive Plant
This position will be responsible for production floor support, process improvements, as well as new product and process development for the production of complex, tight tolerance components. The incumbent will be primarily responsible for specifying, developing, and supporting high speed stamping and associated tooling. In addition, the incumbent may be responsible for specifying, developing, and supporting various equipment including high energy finishing systems, centerless grinders, wire drawing, high speed stamping, pin cutoff, metal forming, and surface finishing. Additional responsibilities include specification and procurement of new equipment to support capacity uplifts and new programs.
The incumbent plans and conducts work requiring judgment in independent evaluations, selection, and substantial adaptation and modification of standard techniques, procedures, and criteria. This requires devising new approaches to problems encountered utilizing established problem solving tools and techniques (i.e. A3, 8D, fishbone, 5Why, etc.). The position requires sufficient professional experience to ensure the competence of a fully trained worker. This position requires interpersonal skills necessary to interface with plant personnel, customers, etc.
KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Engineer independently performs most assignments with instructions about the general results expected. (S)He receives technical guidance on unusual/complex problems and requires supervisory approval on proposed plans for projects.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE (Minimum Qualifications)
Automation's Controls Tech / Automotive Plant
Responsible for all duties of the Maintenance Mechanic/Electrician in addition to troubleshooting, installing, and modifying automated system components such as; PLC’s, loaders, unloaders, robots, stackers, servo motors, destackers, automated polishers, and transfers. A good understanding and ability to work with electronic control circuits, SMARTPAC, tooling knowledge, and sensors. Ability to provide leadership and technical support for production and maintenance.
- Good understanding of PLC’s and capable of using laptop computer to troubleshoot the automated systems and assist Electrical Engineers with support on PLC’s.
- Communicate and work with technical support staff in Business Units on the complex production operations.
- Install and troubleshoot multiple automated systems as mentioned in the job summary.
- Perform advanced preventative maintenance task and develop or enhance the preventative maintenance practices that are already in place.
- Travel off-site with potential for extended overnight stays for seminars/training and for training and buy-off of new equipment.

|POSITION SUMMARY |
Duties include systems definition, integration of error proofing systems within existing infrastructure, with a focus on new machine development and implementation. This person will propose cost effective, practical solutions that enhance manufacturing capabilities. The Systems Engineer will also provide support to external suppliers to ensure timely project completion. In the early phase of the project, the candidate will provide basic troubleshooting and develop solutions jointly with key suppliers. Upon project completion, the Systems Engineer’s role will be to maintain all systems, define enhancements and additional systems requirements and lead their implementation.
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related field. A minimum of 5-10 years work experience in a manufacturing environment and understanding of manufacturing systems requirements. The Electrical Controls Engineer is responsible for all plant machine control systems and documentation, and for working with Engineering on new machine controls and standards.
Update, modify, and continuously improve existing controls systems including robotic programs, ladder logic programs, relay logic, electrical distribution, motor controls, operator interface, hydraulics, and pneumatics distribution and control
