Reverse Supply Chain Test Analyst
Designs, develops, and implements cost-effective methods of testing and troubleshooting systems and equipment.
Designs, develops, and implements cost-effective methods of testing and troubleshooting systems and equipment. Prepares test and diagnostic programs, designs test fixtures and equipment, and completes specifications and procedures for new products. Plans the labor, schedules, and equipment needed for testing and evaluating standard and special devices.
Duties and tasks are standard with some variation. Completes own role largely independently within defined policies and procedures. 2 years relevant experience and BA/BS degree preferred.

Reverse Supply Chain Operations manages customer return logistics and recovery of value through remanufacturing, reuse/resale and recycling. RSCO also ensures environmental, brand & counterfeit and data security compliance when managing all used Oracle hardware products. Within this organization, the Remanufacturing Operations Engineering group is responsible for all technical and quality aspects of the business with a major role in enforcing compliance across the organization and suppliers. RSCO is expanding the categories of products we ship from branded systems and spares to debranded components to commodities for recycling. While most responsibilities currently support and control the production floor, the role of the group is expanding with business needs in directions outside the factory.
Manage collection of test processes across products to ensure test strategy alignment, consistency and efficiency of test execution and training.
Create new test scripts and/or remanufacturing processes for new products or projects for the remanufacturing production floor; work with Engineers in other Operations teams and the Service organization
Develop solutions for automated collection and analysis of test results
Automate and manage tools used to filter returns based on various interrelated reports
Document processes for use by technicians and operators and document manuals for tools developed
Identify opportunities to improve sustainability across RSCO processing sites (energy efficiency, reuse opportunities, etc.)
1-3 years experience in hardware manufacturing operations
Strong spreadsheet and data analysis skills
Interest and passion for sustainability, circular economy and have ability to drive solutions across our global network of processing sites
Good verbal and written communication skills to work with various teams such as production, engineering, operations, management, IT, etc.
Good organization and planning skills
Ability to see from a "big picture" perspective, understand how cross-functional groups support common goals and be able to play a role in a cross-functional team
