This is a 1st shift Direct hire opportunity and will offer $14-16/hour depending on experience. The hours are a little flexible and will require working 40-45 hours/week.

Grind, polish and clean precision machined parts made of a variety of materials to specified requirements and tolerances.
Deburr and grind parts as required by specifications by using established procedures, machines and tooling.
Perform rework assignments as required
Provide feedback to CNC machinists in regards to part quality
Ensure all parts paperwork and documentation is completed properly
Enter all data as required
Use all measuring and gauging instruments as required
Inspect finished work to required specifications
Experience deburring and grinding parts to exact specifications
Working knowledge of inspection and gauging techniques for parts quality
Ability to complete paperwork and documentation procedures
Aerospace parts experience preferred.
Based upon experience deburring and grinding a variety of metal parts, use of different equipment and tools and the ability to work without supervision.

JOB SUMMARY: Under indirect supervision, the Deburrer is responsible for the set up and operating of tools that remove burrs and excess material from machined parts.
QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and two plus year of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience required. An Associate’s degree and one year of experience preferred. Must be able to work quickly and with accuracy.
Must have excellent hand-eye coordination and good manual dexterity in both hands. Must have the ability to read and interpret blueprints, process sketches, and understand measuring instruments.
Mechanic, Manufacturing Test Strip II - Second Shift
Mechanic, Test Strip Manufacturing II Second Shift
The Mechanic will report to the Manufacturing Engineering Manager and is responsible for the support of Nova Biomedicals consumable strips production line.
Responsibilities include the set-up, cleaning, maintenance and repair of existing process equipment used for strip production. This includes maintaining spare parts and tooling inventory.
The mechanic will assist in the start-up, set-up, debugging and performance validation of various new manufacturing processes and equipment. They will document equipment status to management and other colleagues. Interfaces with Nova Manufacturing Engineering, Supervisors, Group and fellow Technicians.
2+ years experience supporting high volume manufacturing equipment. The candidate of choice will possess a manufacturing background with experience in medical devices in an automated /semi-automated environment; proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel; and strong written and oral communication skills.
Strong team oriented individual who has a mechanical aptitude and the ability to learn quickly. Experience with SPC in a production environment a plus. Familiar with equipment like micrometers, voltmeters and calipers.
Associates technical degree in automation or proven automated process mechanical background a plus. Hours for this position are Monday through Friday from: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM.
2Nd Shift - Operator, Strip Plating
Molex is seeking an experienced Plating-Strip Operator to operate the strip plating process to ensure work is performed to the Molex quality and performance standards. Maintaining high levels of safety and workplace organization are key focus areas for this position.
Access and follow written work instructions for the strip plating operation
Assist in making chemical adds and/or monitoring plating solutions that require careful and accurate following of procedures
Assess, analyze, and troubleshoot mechanical problems to maintain production on reel-to-reel strip plating equipment
Perform and/or assist in preventive maintenance tasks as required
Monitor the quality of parts produced by performing visual inspections to identify defects in parts. Must be able to effectively use measuring devices such as calipers and crush test gauging
Identify defective product and/or processes and cease operations as necessary
Accurately complete all required paperwork
Prior plating operation experience
Experience working in a manufacturing environment
Skills and Abilities:
Able to use the necessary quality tools as it relates to this position.
Able to operate safely in a fast-paced work environment
Able to operate multiple pieces of equipment simultaneously while maintaining department quality and output requirements
Able to work independently with limited supervision, as well as with others
Able to lift and transport up to 35 pounds and stand throughout the duration of the shift
Able to work regularly scheduled hours (10 hrs. shifts) with overtime as required
