Under general supervisor and according to established policy and procedures, operates various sizes and types of machines automatically shaping parts to blueprint specifications and set up charts. Complies with all safety rules.
Essential Job Functions
Operate multiple cold forming and parts forming machines
Read measuring equipment such as micrometers, calipers and related equipment
Perform adjustments and replacement to maintain a quality part
Perform catch pan quality checks
Responsible for supplying own tools/micrometers
Operator forklift/PIV to move tubs and raw material as needed
Moves scrap and finished parts from machinery
Collecting worn tools from machines
Maintain housekeeping standards
Must be able to work overtime
Any other duties as assigned by supervisor
Essential Skills & Experience
High School Diploma or GED preferred
Basic computer skills to enter data and look up job information
Mechanical ability, prior cold forming experience preferred
Competencies (5-10 Critical Areas of Understanding/Practice for the role)
Mathematical ability (add, subtract, multiply and divide), practical application of percentages and ratios
Ability to read and write, understand instructions in written, verbal or diagrammatic form; write simple instruction to provide manufacturing information

Sterilization Operator I Ethylene Oxide (Eo) Operator (3Rd Shift)
The Operator is responsible for monitoring the system which includes observing pressure, temperature, and relative humidity measurements on charts or computer monitors. Ensures that product is moved through the facility at the appropriate times.Schedule / Shift: 2nd Shift 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM , 6 days on and 2 days off

To proactively document and control the press processes in conjunction with the Industrial Value Stream Manager to improve the cost and quality of our products. This is a crucial part of our business; therefore, continuous improvement is a must for all personnel in this area.
Assist with change overs, continuously evaluating the most effective way to keep the machines running and make sure that knowledge is shared between shifts to have the best-of-best solutions.
Operate the machines that you are instructed to and report any problems or issues immediately to your Value Stream Manager or Supervisor using the proper channels and professional methods of communication.
Ensure that all personnel at the shop floor level are following safety, corporate, and internal policies and procedures. Mentor and develop employees to ensure career growth and consistent processes.
Become a self-starter and proactively seek to continuously improve yourself, the operators in your department, your department, and the company as a whole. This can relate to increasing your knowledge on work orders, products, and processes.
Contributing to your work area by improving Safety, Quality, Productivity, the cost of our products, etc. Proactively getting involved in trainings both internally and externally.
Complete daily production reporting accurately. This includes all reports relating to Productivity, QC Holds, Material Usage, Material Movements, etc.

PACS System Badging Operator Duties & Responsibilities
The incumbent in this position will have the following duties:
Will assist with security and access control at all customer facilities.
Produce reports and analyze data from security access control system.
Coordinate identification badge production and appropriate access levels for all customer employees.
Provides identification badge production in accordance with customer Security policies and procedures.
Complies with all policies, practices and safety procedures.

Regeneration Operator - Production Operator - copy
The Regeneration Operator-I prepares resin, mobile equipment and ion exchange resin tanks for customer fulfillment. Handles chemicals such as acids, bases and salts. Performs quality control checks on the equipment.
Receives resin from customer sites in resin tanks or on mobile equipment. Empties tanks or equipment of the exhausted media and prepares it for regeneration.
Prepares resin tanks or mobile equipment by filling empty tanks with regenerated media.
Performs quality control checks on the equipment to ensure specifications are met. Test may include pH, specific ions, resistivity, and TDS.
Repairs and helps maintain the bottles/tanks and other service type of equipment, which could include minor valve/PVC repairs, painting, and refurbishing as required.
Maintains good housekeeping at all times.
Follows EHS procedures and policies.
Prepares labels for resin tanks
Monitors bulk chemical delivery.
Operates forklift as needed.
HS Diploma, GED or equivalent.
Ability and willingness to perform physical duties such as lifting, climbing, working at elevated heights, and manual dexterity

Must have mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of G-code and M-code.
Ability to perform basic math functions.
Accurately record daily production information and maintain a safe and organized work area.
Must be able to read and understand prints.
Able to read and comprehend moderately complex instructions, short correspondence, and memos in English.
Regularly lift up to 40 pounds.
Must have good interpersonal skills and work well with other employees.
Must be able to work and stand for up to 12 hours per shift.
