Experience with automotive safety methods (FMEA, FTA) and familiarity with functional safety standard ISO 26262 highly preferred.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Provide expertise on Oracle Golden Gate and be able to configure Golden Gate and troubleshoot the issues related to Golden Gate independently.
With broad and expert-level database technical knowledge and skills on Oracle databases, be able to provide database technical evaluation and recommendation on database design and architecture, integration and development, database high availability solution, database replication architecture, database backup, disaster and recovery strategies, grid computing and cloud management, database monitoring and management, performance tuning, database audit and security compliance and daily database operation and maintenance.

Our Opportunity: The Client Services Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day client service delivery in support of plan administration and client needs. This role includes daily oversight of all aspects of qualified and non-qualified Defined Benefit plan recordkeeping and administration that may include resolution of client issues, client presentations and sales support. What you’ll do:
Ensure client satisfaction and improve client promoter scores.
Lead client meetings and effectively communicate Schwab’s value to clients.
Work collaboratively within the organization, share best practices, and aid in the continuous improvement of Schwab services.
Understand your plans to ensure accurate administration and proactively communicate plan administration activities. Apply specialized knowledge within all aspects of retirement plan recordkeeping.
Coordinate business partners to execute client requests, implement regulatory changes, and manage client issues to successful resolution.
Manage the transition of work for new clients, including set up of recordkeeping and administration systems.
Provide training and guidance to less experienced team members.
Support Sales efforts
What you have: + 5 + years of Defined Benefit plan administration experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Effective organizational skills and ability to handle multiple assignments at a given time
Ability to perform day-to-day tasks and meet deadlines with minimum oversight.
Self-motivated, enthusiastic individual who takes initiative and demonstrates a high degree of personal integrity, resilience, honesty and respect for others
Ability to identify risks and raise issues to management for resolution
Ability to effectively manage plans varying level complexity
Defined Benefit administration experience is preferred
Detailed understanding of ERISA and Pension industry rules is strongly preferred
ASPPA designation is strongly preferred

Maintain assigned equipment, buildings, and facilities. Purchase parts and equipment as needed. Communicate effectively with Leads, Supervisors, Managers and Sr.
Principal Responsibilities:• Minimizes equipment downtime and ensures achievement of daily and weekly production goals by diagnosing, troubleshooting and repairing production equipment, including molding machines, high volume, high speed automated assembly equipment, welder, conveyor systems, and other auxiliary equipment such as case sealer, printers, labelers, flow wrappers, etc. Utilizes diagrams, schematics, manuals, instructions, and engineering specifications in the completion of these job functions.• Locates sources of problems by observing mechanical devices in operation; soliciting information from line operators and other production associates, and listening for problems. Uses precision measuring and testing instruments, gauges, and other hand tools to complete essential functions.• Verifies effectiveness of repairs, improvements and ensures product produced meets specification.• Performs and documents all preventive maintenance in accordance with manufacturer’s operation and maintenance schedule, policy and procedure and facility guidelines.• Provides mechanical maintenance support to production associates by answering questions and requests; communicating with operators, engineering, management, outside contractors and others as necessary.• Fabricates any new fixturing required for the department to which assigned, as well as modifications to existing equipment.• Assists with investigating potential areas for quality and efficiency improvements.• Recommends process adjustments to aid production.
Implements changes as directed.• Recommends and implement improvements to ensure a safe workplace. Identifies and reports potential safety hazards.• Orders spare parts inventory for machines and equipment.• Complies with all GMP’s, SOP’s, MI’s and SI’s during the course of his work.• Complies with facility escalation procedures.• Maintains all required documentation, including production and maintenance logs.
Candidate Education:Required H.S. Diploma Or equivalent
Preferred Associate's Degree Technical Degree, Certification, or Apprenticeship in Related field
Candidate Experience:Required 1 year Experience as a maintenance mechanic (or similar role) in a production environment
Preferred Other Maintenance experience in a medical device manufacturing environment
Licenses and Certifications:Preferred Mechanical, Electrical, and Computer certifications
Preferred Ability to operate general machines shop equipment. (mill, lathe, grinder, CNC, etc)Candidate Background: Skills, Knowledge & Ability: Minimum requirements:Required Experience as a maintenance mechanic (or similar role) in a production environment
