FUNCTION: Responsible for reviewing and researching requirements to ensure accuracy in completing application and system configurations in support of Mortgage Originations software. Required to work closely with Business stakeholders and ancillary areas to collaborate on defining optimal technical solutions in support of various business processes.
Required to work closely with the vendor on issue remediation and escalation. Perform system configuration in various environments based on agreed upon and documented business requirements. Smoke test results prior to initiating UAT business testing via change control procedures.

- Ability to work well in teams as well as independently and with minimal supervision according to work schedule.
- Possess a valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record in accordance with CSW Policy.
Education and Experience:
- GED or High School diploma as a minimum.
- Three (3) + years of Heavy Civil / Horizontal Construction.
Work Environment/Physical Demands:
- Minimum 40 hours per week with overtime as needed.
- Some weekend and night work required depending on job requirements.
- Hearing sufficient for being aware of back-up alarms, hearing equipment and for normal conversations.
- Ability to repeatedly lift 75 pounds, walk, climb, stand, bend and stoop for long periods of time and perform strenuous physical labor under adverse field conditions.
- Must be able to meet all safety requirements and adhere to applicable safety policies.
- Ability to work outside of Metropolitan Phoenix for extended periods of time when needed.
- Must be able to complete work tasks under various weather conditions including heat in excess of 100 degrees.
- Acceptable level of correctable vision for Near, Distance, Color, Peripheral and Depth Perception.
- Ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Hard hat, safety glasses, safety vest, steel toe boots, seat belt, gloves, etc.
- Use of both arms and legs required.
