Overview / Responsibilities
Wood is seeking a Demolition and Decommissioning (D&D) Project Director to build Wood's D&D portfolio in multiple sectors. These projects typically require coordination of a large number of inter-related tasks and management of multi-disciplinary technical teams and subcontractors. Wood's role in the D&D projects will vary from consultant, owners engineer, construction manager, or general contractor. This position will develop and lead full-scope D&D projects for the Capital Projects group, as well as serve as a Subject Matter Expert to other Groups.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, communication, team-building and stakeholder management skills, and hands-on experience self-performing decommissioning & demolition. The individual will have a proven track record of pursuing and executing D&D projects at government and commercial facilities, including Power, Industrial, Mining, and Oil & Gas.

Identify potential D&D pursuits and develop and lead capture plan.
Develop project execution plans, lead project reviews, lead negotiations with the client on change orders and contractual disputes while maintaining a solid client relationship and client satisfaction
Manage project resources, schedule and budget
Prepare proposals for D&D pursuits
Ensure proper implementation of project safety and quality assurance programs and corporate policies and procedures
Work directly with customers in interpreting the actual needs of individual clients

Skills / Qualifications
Have a BS/BA degree or higher in engineering or construction related field
Minimum of 15 years relevant experience and management responsibility with at least 10 years directly leading decommissioning and demolition (D&D) projects
Experience leading field staff, laborers, equipment operators and other personnel on projects
Experience performing D&D in multiple sectors including Power, Government, Oil & Gas, Mining, and Industrial is desired. Experience with Radiological D&D is a plus. International experience is a plus.
Good organizational, technical, writing, communication and team-building skills
Must have a good working knowledge of project controls including scheduling, budgeting, progress monitoring and forecasting. Experience using Primavera P6 scheduling tool desirable.
Ability to establish effective working relationships with subcontractors required
Must pass drug test, background check and must have a satisfactory driving record in accordance with the Company's driving (MVR) policy

Equipment Operator I - Construction & Demolition
Maintains and operates light and heavy equipment used in the daily operation of the
county's Construction and Demolition (C&D) site located at the landfill specific to
established practices. This position monitors, inspects and approves/denies
incoming source separated C&D debris to include, but not limited to, clean
dimensional lumber, clean concrete (no rebar), concrete with rebar, drywall, etc.
This position is scheduled for Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Incumbent/applicant may be required to perform an equipment skills test before an offer of employment is made.
Example of Duties
1.Operates heavy equipment for material management as well as, inspect incoming C&D loads to ensure cleanliness of source-separated material and snow plowing.
2.Monitors the site for hazardous materials when accepting material, directs traffic at the site during daily business and relays load types to the scale attendant.
3.Clean, service and make minor repairs to assigned equipment including; complete walk around inspection checking for leaks, broken parts and correct fluid levels.
4.Reports equipment problems to supervisor.
5.Demonstrate continuous effort to improve knowledge, skills and abilities in regards to heavy equipment operation.
6.Ensure compliance with departmental policies, procedures and safety practices.

An excellent opportunity exists to serve in a key role in the execution of a strong supervisory program on the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco's Charles Schwab Corporation (CSC) supervisory team. The Liquidity and Market Risk Specialist's primary role is to understand and address liquidity and market risk issues in support of the dedicated CSC supervisory team.
The team-oriented individual will serve as a key member of the dedicated supervisory team in the development and execution of the supervisory program at CSC. This position will report to the Financial Resiliency Manager on the CSC supervisory team. The individual will work across the supervisory team to develop, execute, and update a coordinated supervisory plan for Financial Resiliency, with specific leadership responsibility for liquidity and market risk activities, including Corporate Treasury and independent risk management. An examiner commissioned from a federal or state bank supervisory agency is desirable
Graduate degree or equivalent work experience, professional certifications, and specialized degrees in related fields are desirable
Knowledge of liquidity and market risk management activities and prudent practices for managing of liquidity and market risks
Previous direct supervisory experience in evaluating liquidity and market risk and risk management practices at large financial institutions, or institutions with broker/dealer operations and asset management

The Maintenance Specialist is part of a dynamic team that will assist us with many of our internal remodeling projects. Job duties require a skilled "handyman" with construction experience to perform and apply their intermediate level repairs/demolition on our various retail projects. This work would include, but not be limited to, tasks like the removal of cash registers, small conveyor belts, check-out counters, etc., during the process of our team performing remodeling work for our clients.
Primary Duties: Safety is a primary focus, and our maintenance team has an important role in maintaining safe facilities, as well as providing clean, welcoming, and well-functioning facilities for our clients and other supporters. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Assisting with building repairs and maintenance such as:
Patching walls and doors
Preparing and painting interior and exterior spaces
Carpentry work on doors, windows, fences, roofs, etc.
Repairing and replacing flooring
Installing or repairing glass, tile, screens, locks, drapes, blinds
Assisting with Plumbing repairs to water and sewage systems
Removal of items like cash registers, small conveyor belts & counters
Other duties as required
Shape or cut materials to specified measurements, using hand tools, machines or power saw.
Construct and erect structures and fixtures using carpenter's hand and power tools.
Follow established safety rules and regulations and maintain a safe and clean environment.
Verify trueness of structure, using plump bob and level.
Maintain and sharpen tools.
Other duties as assigned.
This is a regular Fulltime position and required a work schedule of 40+ hours per week. This business nature could result in layoffs. Location is subject to the specific project assignment. Salary D.O.E.
While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, climb, kneel and lift and /or move up to 50 pounds. Exposure to change in weather conditions.
