Description *JOB SUMMARY:
- Perform basic case related tasks. Actively support all safety aspects of job duties and standard operating procedures.
Rely on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Work under immediate supervision of the Manager, Custom Direct or other senior department member(s). Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment. ESSENTIAL DUTIES: 1. Open emails and check files to ensure proper information is received. 2.
Accurately enter laboratory cases into production appropriate software. 3. Distributes incoming cases, materials and supplies to designated area(s). 4. Transport product along the various operations to ensure each operation is completed in a timely and efficient manner. 5.
Communicate with technical team regarding the design details of dental cases. 6. Interact with customer service and customers to ensure timeliness of production status. 7. Perform shipping tasks as needed for Custom Direct Orders. 8.
Scan dental cases in preparation for CAD Design. 9. Create packaging labels for dental products. 10. Follow proper packaging techniques and documentation. 11.
Comply with procedures related to the department’s functions. In particular; ensure tight controls applicable to inventory and lot tracking. 12. Input and maintain laboratory case management and product design output in tracking system. 13. Cross-train for other functions within the department to provide back-up as needed.

Be part of creating a unique banking experience
Put the focus on our members to enhance their financial well-being Essential Duties (Other duties may be assigned)
Assists in reaching department sales/goals
Audits and performs quality control for loans issued, in conjunction with Vibe Credit Union's guidelines
Audits and performs quality control for all operations including, but not limited to, Extension Agreements, Payment Modifications
Answers members' questions and investigates and corrects errors
Assists with vehicle titling
Scans all necessary paperwork/documentation into relevant systems Basic Duties
Obtains/verifies necessary information and documentation to facilitate credit analysis from all Loan Specialists (including indirect) to initiate loan disbursements
Processes consumer loans from application origination through disbursement
Assigns incoming applications (Visa, PSCU, Digital Insight and Car Quotes)
Assigns Branch CRM referrals
Serves as back-up for the Loan Specialists by competently interviewing applicants by phone, to obtain personal and financial data regarding account services on an as-needed basis
Possesses effective knowledge of the credit union's products and services
Sets up loan disbursements by entering data into FSP, successfully passing all checkpoints
Prints loan forms in preparation for loan closings
Prepares files for review/signature
