Power Electronics Engineer

A minimum of 5 -7 years of experience in a similar industry/field is required.
Experience developing power conversion products (rectifiers, inverters, UPS, battery chargers)
Experience working with analog, digital, and microcontroller circuits.
Experience developing firmware in C and assembly.
Experience with three-phase and high frequency power conversion electronics.
Experience with safety agencies such as UL, CSA, IEC, CE, and CEC.
Experience with EMI/EMC mitigation techniques.
Strong technical project management competencies and problem solving skills.

Design and develop power electronics for high frequency battery chargers.
Design and develop embedded hardware and firmware.

Lead Shop Service Technician
The Lead Shop Service Technician is responsible to manage the shop flow and repair of industrial battery/charger products in an efficient manner.
Communicate and coordinate with CSR production plan based on priorities and time.
Communicate and coordinate directly with customers
Arrange and coordinate freight for equipment and scrap loads.
Assist Project Leader with power assessments as needed, perform assessments, develop and communicate cost estimates from power assessments to appropriate parties.
Create tracking reports for customers.
Supervise other shop techs.
Perform safety repairs and replacements to include: cables, connectors, cells, and contact tips
Perform diagnostic tests and other procedures to include: acid adjustments, capacity tests, battery inspections, washes, and painting.

Pick-up and deliver products.

In this role, and under direct supervision of the Engineering Supervisor for Test Technology, the Staff Engineer will be primarily responsible for the electrical design of dynamometers to test BorgWarner electric drive module (eDM) products. This role will develop new rotating electric test methods and project manage outsourced test equipment builds, while remaining as the technical liaison for various organizational units that support BorgWarner eDM applications. The Staff Engineer will link and tune inverters to eDM, which will control permanent magnet, induction, lundell alternator, and belt starter generator machines.
Responsible for electrical design of dynamometers using electric machine as the prime mover. Determines best techniques/procedure and applies for analysis, design, or experimental procedures.
Project manage new test equipment when purchased from vendor
Develop, support and upgrade inverter design and integration recommendations and assistance for BorgWarner eDM test stands

This job is responsible for providing competent building maintenance services, preventative and corrective, and general housekeeping/custodial support to the Distribution Center (DC) while working under minimal supervision of department management. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); required proficiency level typically achieved in 5+ years of building maintenance or related field. Technical Training certificate or other comparable certification strongly preferred.
Candidate must have extensive (journeyman level) knowledge of mechanical and maintenance functions in a distribution or warehouse setting. Mid-level electrical and mechanical skills acquired through job experience and technical training is required. Requires ability to read, speak, write and understand English (i.e. ; written documents such as safety rules, laws, operating and instructions, procedure manuals).
Requires knowledge of electrical multi-meter testing of live circuits and low voltage electrical testing.

We are seeking a Field Service Representative who will be required to perform both in shop and field service work. Plans and coordinates activities concerned with installing equipment, investigating and resolving customer reports of technical problems with equipment, and eliminating future operational or service difficulties by performing the following duties.

Installs equipment at customer's facility to ensure full functionality according to specifications.
Provides on-site technical assistance to help troubleshoot and repair equipment.
Maintains records of performance reports.
Provides a communication link between the customer and the company to help ensure that effective service is provided to the customer.
Occassionally download battery and charger data via a monitoring device and use the information to repair or correct battery/charger problems in accordinace with the customer's operation.

The Inside Sales Representative–Sales and Retention is responsible for accessing leads generated from the sales tracking system and other sources to obtain customer and other information that supports the ability to initiate appointments and establish accounts, as well as for making outbound calls to proactively retain business relationships with Republic Services' smaller, less complex commercial and industrial customers. The Inside Sales Representative – Sales and Retention is also responsible for inbound calls and follow-up to ensure customer retention and to identify potential new, business that may lead to targeted profitable growth in support of the Company's business objectives.

On a regular basis, initiate outgoing customer calls with prospective clients in a professional manner to establish qualified appointments for respective sales representatives or acquire new business.
Update the Contact Resource Management ("CRM") tool with current data as appropriate, including but not limited to inputting canceled/lost account information.
Receive inbound calls for new business or from our clients and build effective customer relationships and customer loyalty; seek to understand if we are meeting service standards, understand customers' business needs and address any issues.
Using information from the customer service team, follow up on sales opportunities for existing commercial and industrial clients; close the transaction, as required.
Initiate the transition to outside representatives if a sales opportunity for new or existing business is not able to be closed over the telephone.
Partner and work closely with outside sales representatives to provide sales support and prospecting opportunities, including data gathering and follow up.
Complete contractual re-signs for existing customers to extend terms of service and increase customer profitability where appropriate.
Respond to all cancellation requests, following standard operating procedures and escalation policy as appropriate.
Meet regularly with Sales Manager to review customer retention and relationship activities, sales progress versus goals and status of key customer relationships.
Attend sales meetings and/or training and maintain open communications with sales team members to maintain current understanding of all Company products and services; participate in learning and training opportunities when appropriate to continuously build customer services and sales knowledge, skills and abilities.
May be required to build relationships and increase company visibility through participation in company-sponsored activities, trade shows, chamber of commerce events and other similar activities.
