SUMMARY: This position is responsible for supervising the sanitation procedures of a specific shift, making sure the plant meets all USDA requirements and the production line begins on time.
This includes ensuring Team Members have been instructed on the proper safety procedures to be used in or around the work area, monitoring the weekly Pre-Op Microbiologic reports, and gaining knowledge of chemical mixes and MSDS. Other responsibilities include monitoring sanitation technicians in their use of chemicals and proper safety procedures, checking inventory levels of chemicals and ordering supplies when necessary, and taking care of daily administrative duties, i.e. Team Member records and work schedules. Other duties include conducting monthly safety meetings, scheduling ongoing training for Team Members, and performing other responsibilities as the need arises.
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent of 3 years of work experience preferred.
Experience: 3 plus years.
Basic computer skills.
Strong verbal skills; the ability to communicate with all Team Members.

Responsible for complete linen supply and maintenance of laundry under general supervision. Cleaning procedures to assure orderly attractive rooms in facility. Advises supervisor of completed assignments. May inventory stock or supplies to ensure adequate supplies. May investigate complaints regarding housekeeping service and equipment, and takes corrective action. Examines rooms, halls, and lobbies and all common areas to determine need for repairs or replacement of items and communicates to manager. Report any equipment malfunction or need of repairs to supervisor. Attend in-service training per facility requirement. Document regarding concerning work assignments, periodic reports and time card. Attend periodic staff meetings with other departments to discuss company policies, complaints and make recommendations to improve service and ensure more efficient operation.
Assists in preparing and serving food to residents, family members, visitors and staff in the nursing home setting. Assures accuracy when serving specific diets to residents. Works toward providing home like environment and person centered care from the dietary department. Works with other dietary staff in keeping the dietary setting clean and sanitary as well as a safe working environment.
Training and Experience:
Minimal 18 years of age, grade school education

The position is responsible for the safe and productive operation of the Dredge; which is used to pump sand and gravel to the processing plant. The Dredge Operator also performs routine maintenance such as lubing, fueling, cleaning, and basic plant maintenance.

Position Title: Tractor Trailer Technician
Performs maintenance on tractors and trailers
1.Provide routine maintenance such as oil changes, filter replacements, tires, brakes, any trailer repairs, including electrical diagnosis and repairs, including ABS system.
2.Conducts preventative maintenance in order to maintain D.O.T. regulations and safety. Replace air chambers, wheel bearings, wheel seals, dollies, doors, door seals, patches roofs and needed repairs to trailer body, aligns axles as needed; and minor damage repair including some welding on aluminum and steel.
3.Maintains a clean and organized work area. Works in a safe and efficient manner. Follows all company safety policies.
4.Maintains organization of shop; follows proper shop procedures, assists other shop staff members with maintenance as needed; and performs various ground and property maintenance as needed.
5.Participates in departmental training involving updated repair procedures, safety awareness and equipment changes.
6.Perform other duties as assigned.
High school diploma or equivalent required; One year of experience in the area of fleet maintenance or related field preferred; ability to read and write work orders, basic computer skills and possession of Roll Tool Chest and hand tools.
