Greet guests and determine the number in their party. Seat guests by finding a clean, available table; pulling out chairs; placing clean/current menu in front of guest, etc.
Guide guests through the dining rooms and provide any needed assistance. Move and arrange tables, chairs, and settings and organize seating for groups with special needs. Ensure place settings are appropriate and each guest has a napkin, clean silverware, and any other item that is part of the standard place setting.
Check menus to ensure they are current, clean, plentiful, and wrinkle-free. Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day, practicing clean-as-you-go procedures. Monitor dining rooms for seating availability, service, safety, and well being of guests.
Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager; and complete safety training and certifications. Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional, maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, and protect company assets.

The position is a nine-month, renewable non-tenure accruing lecturer appointment with an opportunity for advancement in UF's lecturer track.

Director, Outbound Compliance And Dialing Strategy

This position will serve as an application subject matter expert on outbound telemarketing compliance and customer contact related projects, and serve as a consultant to the business on improving outbound compliance and customer calling effectiveness. The Outbound Compliance and Contact Strategy Manager will be responsible for managing and administering both manual and automated calling functionality as well as productivity reporting for multiple outsourced vendors managing 2,000+ outbound agents. Duties include, but are not limited to development of outbound compliance application, calling technology partnerships and system/process development, management of all calling list production including list penetration, dialer campaigns, contacts per paid hour and over-arching contact strategy. Our outsourced operation consists of 8+ vendors, 30+ individual call center site locations and over 2,000 outbound call center agents.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Work closely with legal and business intelligence departments to develop and maintain compliant dialing structure and practices and parameters for Federal and State Do Not Call, Enterprise Do Not Call, legal calling time, Wireless and Landline classification and outbound dialing attempt limit requirements.
Understand and interact with SXM legal and industry resources to maintain an accurate and up to date assessment of all requirements for outbound dialing as dictated by the FTC, FCC and other regulatory bodies, to include up to date practices and interpretations of ATDS technology and Wireless/VOIP vs. Landline dialing applications.
Strategize, execute and manage outbound dialing strategy for multiple vendors to ensure campaigns are penetrated compliantly and efficiently while effectively meeting established business goals and scorecard parameters.

Reporting to the Body Shop Supervisor or Manager, perform preparation work to damaged vehicles prior to painting while maintaining high standards for efficiency and observing all safety requirements. Perform all additional duties assigned by the Body Shop Supervisor or Manager. Must know, practice, and ensure that company policies, procedures, and applicable state and federal laws are followed at all times.
Main Responsibilities and Duties:
Sand and block primed repaired area, bumper, or body part. Repeat if necessary.
Inspect for pen holes and fill and sand if necessary. Scuff and sand clear coat on panels and blends. Wash and dry repaired area, bumper, or body part.

Current Experience, including aluminum repair
I-CAR Certification a plus, as is A.S.E. Metalforming and fabrication experience is desired.
Heavy hit, structural repair desired, but not necessary.
Familiarity with latest construction technology, adhesive bonding, rivet bonding, and current welding practices.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS OF POSITION:
Ability to stand, sit, and move as dictated by course needs. Ability to lift 75 plus pounds occasionally, and 25 pounds regularly. Ability to walk between several lab areas regularly to supervise and aid students in the completion of their assigned projects.

Dusty, noisy, smelly, and requiring continuous use of personal protective equipment, i.e., safety glasses, gloves, respiratory protection, skin protection, and hearing protection.
Supervision of other personnel is not a typical function assigned to this position. May provide training and orientation to newly assigned personnel, and may assign work to student workers. When a lab tech has been assigned to aid in lab sessions, then the responsibility would be to determine how to best use the help in setting up/running demonstrations, aiding students with projects, controlling the lab to promote a safe working environment.
Works under the general direction of the Department Chair.
