Essential Job Functions:
a. Review loan documentation and data upon receipt of new and renewed loan packages in accordance with established policies and procedures. b. Review and interpret judgments associated with commercial loan documentation. Coordinate construction loan draw requests; process lines of credit advances; process business loan payments; set up/remove automatic withdrawals and ACH withdrawals on business loans.
c. Respond to payoff requests, prepare payoff documentation, release of UCC for business loans and discharge commercial loan mortgages.
d. Maintain and track insurance on business loans – business insurance, property insurance and key-man life insurance.
e. Prepare Executive Committee reports related to business loans; monitor exception reports; generate and distribute periodic management reports; track expiration dates for business lines of credit and commercial letters of credit.
f. Provide file maintenance and perform quality reviews on business loans; monitor periodic rate changes, billing, late charge and other fee assessments on business loans review commercial loan activity and issues with Manager on a regular basis.
g. Coordinate modification requests on business loans; analyze customer account issues, research loan transaction history, perform system maintenance on business loan modification; perform calculations of loan history and payment adjustments impacting successful completion of modification. Ensure that all requested business loan modifications are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
h. Responsible for the processing and servicing of business loans, ensuring the transactions are within compliance guidelines.
i. Monitor and preserve lien position on business loans. Track, renew, and terminate UCCs on a regular basis; monitor flood determination on properties securing business loans and initiate flood procedures as applicable; maintain and track vehicle titles and/or CDs held as collateral.
j. Respond to business loan servicing questions and resolve issues from a variety of internal and external sources such as Loan Officers, attorneys, and borrowers. Perform servicing related functions on commercial real estate loans, track maturities, follow up on participation loan payments and documentation, and respond to partial release/subordination agreement requests.
k. Responsible for ensuring accurate set up and process SWAP loans, remit SWAP interest payments, track and monitor SWAP interest rate changes.
l. Monitor results of operational audits and ensure operational preparedness for audits and regulatory examinations. Ensure compliance with established policies, procedures, and laws and regulations.
m. Maintain accurate accounting on all participation and syndicated loans. Work with Accounting Department to balance general ledger accounts.
n. Makes recommendations to management when needed in regards to the development and updating of procedures and department work methods. Maintains procedures manual, loan documents and forms. Assists management with communication and training of appropriate staff on updated or revised Lending products, policies and procedures.

Job Summary Candidate performs various duties in support of U.S. Navy flight line aircraft maintenance operations at NAS Norfolk, VA. VAW-120. Duties include, but are not limited to: fueling; de-fueling; engine oil servicing; direct incoming and outgoing aircraft near hangar area to assist pilots maneuvering of the aircraft on ground, using hand or light signals; pre-flight, post-flight, daily/turnaround, special and conditional inspections on aircraft; secures aircraft in parking position with chocks, tie down chains and grounding wires; check for fuel contamination by draining samples from low point drains; operate ground support equipment such as electrical power supply, tow tractor, light cart, and engine starting unit; clean exterior or interior of aircraft, using portable platform ladders, brushes, rags, water hoses, and vacuums interior floors of aircraft. Minimum Requirements * Must have a High School diploma or GED.

Description Basic Function
Provides line services in support of scheduled flight operations.
These services include inspection, servicing, cleaning, launching and recovery of aircraft. Will be required to operate self propelled ground equipment during daily routine. Services are primarily performed outside.
Must complete training program and be certified in writing as a plane captain. Required to re-qualify annually. May be required to handle hazardous materials in performance of assigned duties.
Limited use of hand tools which normally include screwdrivers, flashlights and tools necessary to assist with engine rinses and aircraft washes. Must display a good working knowledge of assigned aircraft and servicing requirements.
Must display a good working knowledge of inspection requirements and Company instructions.

Must be customer oriented. Essential Duties and Accountabilities: Launch and recover aircraft in accordance with specific guidelines during day and night hours.
Perform aircraft inspections in accordance with published criteria. Perform fueling operations using gravity fill and closed circuit refueling methods. Service engine oil and hydraulic systems as required.
Act as a member of an aircraft moving crew when directed. Perform aircraft washing and lubrication when assigned. Act as a member of the engine rinse team when directed.
Be familiar with and operate portable fire fighting equipment. Use provided safety equipment when working with hazardous materials. Maintain cleanliness of the work center and around your assigned work area.
Responsible for adhering to all applicable Foreign Object Damage (FOD) prevention rules and regulations. Responsible for the adhering to the Company Tool Control Program. Must comply with established General and Industrial Safety Rules and Regulations as applicable to the contract, facilities and job assignment.
Maintain appropriate records of all work accomplished. May be required to perform off-site service on assigned detachments. May be required to perform simple computer input functions.
Pursuant to the specific provisions of the CBA, at the discretion of management, may be requested to perform the duties of Lead. When assigned to outlying fields: Maintain a communications link with line supervisory personnel and the on-site crash crew.
May be required to remove and reinstall aircraft doors for specific outlying field operations. Provide gravity and hot fueling services at outlying fields when assigned. Must be able to pass comprehensive testing, demonstrate practical knowledge after training and successfully complete examination by the Plane Captain Board to become a qualified Plane Captain within 120 days.
Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English. Must be able to work shift work. Must be willing to travel at least 25% of the time.
