The product drawing checker will thoroughly review and check solid models and detail drawings of compressor component piece parts and assemblies
The checker is responsible to deliver a dimensionally correct blueprint to the design engineer and/or shop production floor for fabrication and manufacturing purposes.
The complete bill of material is also checked and delivered for entry into the system where it will be used as the official document for ordering correct materials and hardware for the compressor components.
The experienced checker will play a key role as liaison between engineering, supply chain and shop floor
The experienced checker will aspire to mentor detail drafters, resulting in error free work and zero scrap and rework
The checker is responsible for ensuring the models and drawings are dimensionally correct and complete. They will verify the drawings utilize the correct methods of fabrication and manufacturing
The checker will also review any mating parts to verify any new designs will fit in the given envelope
Following engineering specifications, drafting specifications, material and hardware selection rules, and company and industry standards will be a vital role for the checker.
Correct interpretation of manufacturing requirements and how to apply those to the drawings is necessary
The checker must be able to deliver based on aggressive time schedules.
The ability to think independently and objectively will be necessary to facilitate the time constraints
Forward thinking and proactive work ethics will be expected
The checker will be responsible for retrieving and checking drawings as they become available from the detailer
Bills of material will also need to be retrieved and checked for accuracy
The checker will be responsible for tracking drawing and bill changes through to completion and until final delivery to the engineer
The checker will also facilitate any changes that result from engineering review, and will ensure the desired changes are delivered back for final review
Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience:
Technical Diploma or Associates Degree in CAD
Proficiency in UG, UGNX, Microsoft applications
3-4 years of drafting experience, including bill of material experience
Adept problem solving skills and the ability to effectively communicate with a diverse team of professionals
2-3 years of exposure to general manufacturing practices, including fabrication and machining.
1-3 years of experience in a schedule based environment.

The Mapping and Drawing Group within Facilities Services provides critical support to the department by providing accurate drawing, GIS and special data information. This position will oversee the operations of the unit and establish methods and processes for developing and maintaining a functional and accessible FIS database, drawing archives, and mapping data.
Analyzes current business practices, processes and procedures internal to the group and with external customers.
Manage the development and maintenance of base data to support mapping and spatial data needs of the Facilities Services including aerial maps, orthophotos, topographic data, digital terrain models, lidar data, 3D mesh models; analyze and develop data sets and create geodatabases to publish to AGOL.
Datasets include utility systems, hardscape features, landscape features, and other maintainable assets; provide spatial and location data to support FS CMMS systems; and maintain and distribute floorplan layouts(small scale drawings) with location IDs.
Manages day to day operations including supervision and training of Mapping and Drawing Staff.
Assists in preparing and managing annual budget and monitoring of expenditures. Provides leadership and direction within the division organization.

Maintenance Tool & Die Supervisor
The Maintenance Tool and Die Supervisor will be accountable for supervising all Tool & Die related personnel in the maintenance department. This individual's responsibility will include scheduling and planning of die repairs, establishing PM programs, troubleshooting, along with the repair and altering of tools, dies, jigs, and fixtures as necessary for normal day to day operations.

SUMMARY: The person in this position is responsible for setting-up, maintaining, and repairing equipment and dies assigned to the Press Room Department.

Trays/baskets are off-loaded at a typical rate of roughly 15 per minute or 900 per hour. Place of trays or baskets as high as 7’6” to the top shelf or 6’ 10” depending on transport rack design, or up to 20 baskets high (buns) or 16 baskets high (bread) on the basket dollies.
May be required to climb up on either a portable step stool or the rack itself to facilitate tray/basket loading at the racks’/dolly’s upper levels.The Loader’s job represents a blend of internally paced (loading the trays according to order requirements) and externally paced (ensuring the loading process is sufficiently rapid to prevent the conveyor system from backing up with product baskets/traysTake appropriate action to ensure the integrity and sustained certification of the SQF system.Responsible for reporting and taking any necessary action to prevent food safety and food quality problems from occurring.Responsible for following and enforcing procedures outlined in the Food Safety Plan and the Food Quality Plan and any other programs that support the SQF system and other 3rd party audits.Position is labeled part-time but scheduling will reflect full-time 40hrs. Days and shifts may vary.

Tool & Die Maker
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.

Builds Dies – Work layout, machine and grind and fit
details – thorough knowledge of tooling, machining processes, and die functions
– distractions and interruptions to other jobs. Sharpens and repairs dies in tool room – Disassembles dies, inspects, welds, repairs, grinds, detail, fits detail into dies – same
skill requirements as above, same distractions, and interruptions plus
frustrations of machine shortage at times. Maintains dies in the Press Room – Analyzes die problems, troubleshoots problems, repairs damaged details, sharpens, aligns, times dies – same skills as above plus knowledge and experience with presses,
feed mechanisms, releases, timing, and die set-up. Distractions, noise, working in confined and dangerous quarters, oil, and compounds.
Required knowledge of steels, stresses, and material. Have the ability to mentally picture position and shape
of objects; predict position in space after movement.
May be given certain authority within job scope by Manager

Tool and die repairing and building of the most-complicated molding dies and progressive metal dies where construction details are frequently left to the employee to develop.
Must be available to work either 2nd (2:45am-11pm) or 3rd shift (10:45pm-7am).
