ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Uses Kewaunee's scheduling system paperwork to identify parts scheduled to run, operations, and standard hours.
Set up and operate manual N.C. and C.N.C. controlled forming and fabrications equipment.
NC/CNC controlled sheet metal fabricating equipment experience Windows NT and Windows 7 experience.
Requires frequent change overs and set ups to maximize production flexibility.
Read blueprints and detailed layout drawings to within 1/1000th of an inch.
Maintain tolerances within .010 of an inch.
Proficient in using measuring tools i.e.; dial calibers, micrometers, and tape measures.
Perform routine and preventive maintenance on machine and accessories.
Safety procedures to be followed at all times.

Dielectric Etch Process Engineer - (E5)
Responsible for advanced R& D development in Etch/Thin films and hardware development preferably with demonstrated track-record in Dielectric Etch product development. Expect to be able to work independently in the most complex situations. May lead functional teams or projects. Requires specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise in Etch/Thin technologies. Interprets internal or external business issues and recommends best practices. Solves complex problems; takes a broad perspective to identify innovative solutions. Works independently, with guidance in only the most complex situations. May lead functional teams or projects.
Requires in-depth knowledge and experience in chemistry, surface chemistry, materials science & engineering and/or chemical engineering. Dielectric Materials Technologist
Eaton's Power Systems Division is seeking a Dielectric Materials Technologist to be based out of our Franksville, WI facility.
This position provides technical and project leadership in research & development, design, quality & process improvement, and field & manufacturing problems as part of the Materials Development Laboratory (MDL) at Eaton's TAETC (Thomas A. Edison Technical Center). This role will support electrical, physical, chemical and analytical testing and provide technical direction in the development of a broad spectrum of materials, manufacturing processes and products – with an emphasis on the application of dielectric materials. This centralized resource will collaborate with lab staff and support product line engineers at all product lines. This position will report to the Materials Development Lab Manager.
Coordinate new material development projects and identify advanced materials and engineering solutions in Product and Technology Roadmap for all product lines.
Support VA-VE deck building and project execution as required and prioritized by the PLM / Business.
Knowledgeable in the performance and application of dielectric insulation materials, such as oil insulation and polymeric solid insulation
Performs complex & non-routine testing & final data analysis as well as designs test systems for non-traditional testing requirements

- Performs typical progressive die and press operations
- Setup and remove tooling
- Observe press in operation and make adjustments to control rate of production
- Monitoring equipment/tooling during production stamping to ensure it is working properly. i.e. watching gages, dials, etc.

Our team is currently seeking a skilled professional to support Production and Hydraulic Press Operator for our fast-paced refractory brick operation in York, PA. Our successful team members are self-starters who can work independently without direct supervision. This position runs a heavy tonnage hydraulic press and robotic system that supports the brick manufacturing process. The presses are the first step in creating our molded brick products.
$21.00/HR + $1.50 shift/$1.60 weekend differential
Following a probationary period, our team members can test into advanced pay levels where the average pay for a Production position is: $24.36 + differentials = approx. $55,000/yr
12 hour shifts 6pm to 6am including every other weekend; scheduled 14 of every 28 day cycle
Work safely in a heavy industrial facility when performing brick processing work. Heavy physical labor is required in this department and safety is our first priority.
Operate heavy tonnage hydraulic press including setting die/mold in place properly, follow press set up instructions carefully and accurately, ensure robotic systems are set up and in good working order, and perform scheduled preventative maintenance on the press or robotic systems as instructed.
Safely maintain a constant rate of production and alert other departments if there is a need for shut down, delay or maintenance on the press.
Follow charts, schedules, data sheets and instructions carefully and accurately for production orders, product specifications, maintenance, systems checks, quality guidelines and data entry into our electronic production management system.
Accurately record production completion times, piece counts, brick weights, and delay times for each shift.
