Required Qualifications and Competencies for the Position:
High School Diploma or equivalent
A minimum of two (2) years of administrative experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office to include MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Outlook

The diversity of our operations has recently created an opportunity for a Marker Maker and Digitizer located at our Haverhill, MA location. The Marker Maker, under moderate supervision, prepares garment markers using CAD equipment.
Digitizes patterns for garment development process and makes modifications of the pattern in graphic design software.
Creates and distributes product design and pattern documentation.
Applies standard company grading and ensures quality standards are used during the product development process and for final production.
Applies standard alterations and ensures quality standards are met during the pre-production order processing for special orders.
Prepares and creates patterns from plastic and paper based materials.
Performs such similar, comparable or related duties, as may be required, including guiding and assisting other CAD Marker Makers.
Working level knowledge in the use of CAD (computer-assisted drafting) equipment, and pattern cutting in the garment industry.
Experience: Marker making and CAD experience in the garment manufacturing industry are required.
Skills/Aptitudes: Attention to details; mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity; and data entry, organizational and oral and written communication skills are required.
Working Conditions: Office and plant environments. Occasional overtime may be required.

Any digital press experience is required, but we will train the selected candidate on the HP experience. This position is responsible for monitoring and running an HP digital press. The selected individual will have the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
