Field high volume of calls.

Casting Production Associate
The Casting & Production Associate will be responsible for coordinating all production and casting for Editorial and E-Commerce photoshoots. This role is accountable for coordinating and executing all aspects of model casting and booking, ensuring shoots are produced on time and on budget. The Process Engineer (PE) will work on projects requiring advanced technological analysis providing input on process design for manufacturability and assembly, Process Flow Chart creation, SOP development and Work Instruction development from New Product inception through launch and full production. Introduce all measures necessary to maintain best possible standards and process-reliable conditions in a highly automated, High-pressure Die Casting process. Responsible for supporting die designs, set-up samples and trial evaluations, including replacement dies or new model dies.
Participate in the development and implementation of improvement plans that target cycle time reductions and minimalize scrape. Experience with Die Cast tooling. Ability to manage die design and manufacture of Die Cast dies and all of its components.
Conducts activities to assure quick delivery, on-time launch/prototype parts of continually improving quality. Interface with design personnel at development stage to suggest designs that will improve efficiency and reduce cost. Communicate with quality assurance in developing dimensional, ES testing specifications to point out potential high scrap items and deal with them before design in complete.
