Description Director Tech Support The Director, Technical Support has a leadership role in the Videojet Service and Support organization, reporting directly to the Sr. Director, NA Service and Support. This individual will help create a distinct competitive advantage by providing tactical and strategic leadership to a team of high-performing application engineers. Core duties include leading the Global Technical Escalation process, applying unparalleled problem solving skills to ensure unique/complex customer needs are met, leading all aspects of the technical support call center, contributing directly to new product development activities and ensuring that all sales and field service associates are fully supported via a highly-capable and technically excellent support team that is motivated to quickly respond to internal and external customer needs. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Lead the Global Technical Escalation process:
Acts as principal owner of the Global Technical Escalation process, driving quick resolution for issues impacting customer uptime
Responsible for leading all aspects of the Escalation process including project management and gaining cross-functional support to drive quick mitigation/resolution

Job Summary The Executive Director of Technical Accounting will play an integral role in interacting with and advising Sprint's senior leadership team on technical accounting matters related to both US GAAP and IFRS compliance. Experience in waterborne, low V.O.C, high-build architectural coatings. Experience with roof coatings and 2K a plus
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects
Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing
Ability to generate and interpret technical reports
Experience with environmental reporting, safety, process improvement, quality control of production batches, and general troubleshooting.
Experience with Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Publisher preferred.
Work directly with company CEO and staff to develop innovative products that can capture new market shares.
Offer technical support to outside sales force and customers.
Oversee the development of new products from project design to plant scale-up.
Ensure that projects are prioritized and completed in a timely fashion according target dates.
Work closely with production in order to resolve product and/or processing issues.
Manage all environmental reporting requirements and maintain necessary records.
Work closely with vendors to maintain knowledge of new technologies and coordinate projects as required.
Implement and maintain procedures and policies that will offer company-wide efficiency improvements.
Conduct annual performance reviews for R & D personnel.
Organize and conduct biweekly technical meetings to discuss R & D projects.
