Job Summary AECOM is actively seeking highly motivated individuals to train and function as Roadside Assistance Maintenance Operators supporting the Georgia Department of Transportation's CHAMP program. RAM Operators play a key critical role in safeguarding motorists traveling the interstates by ensuring roadways are clear of debris, reporting highway maintenance issues and assisting stranded motorists, among other duties. These dynamic roles are ideal for individuals with solid mechanical and/or automotive repair skills, a background in long or short term driving, emergency responders, ex-military and former HERO responders. Full-time RAM Operators will be provided with a company cell phone, radio, and a fully outfitted F350 response vehicle while working on this program. The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
Patrol and monitor a segment of interstate roadway in an assigned region, looking for stranded motorist, roadway deficiencies, site distance problems and obstructions that may cause lane blockage
Consistently ensure quality customer service through professionalism, timely response, skill and courtesy
Abide by all Federal, State, and Municipal laws, rules and ordinances and maintain a clean driving record
Give automotive gas and or diesel fuel to stranded motorist when needed
Provide batter boost
Provide minor first aid to injured if needed until more advance medical personnel arrive
Complete pre-trip inspection sheets daily
Attend driver and employee meetings as requested for job and safety information
Attend training and achieve professional certification as directed by management
Assist in training new employees when requested
Maintain truck and equipment in a safe, clean state, operating it in a safe and professional manner
Receive calls or dispatch to incident or maintenance locations, to respond to roadway issues
Perform other duties, including dispatching, when needed
Report and monitor roadway deficiencies to Dispatch or District offices
Remove debris from roadways
High School Diploma and or equivalent certificate(GED)
Be a minimum of 21 years of age
Must pass a State and Federal criminal history/security and motor vehicle back ground checks; must also be able to pass yearly criminal and motor vehicle background checks
Possess a valid Georgia Class C License and a clean driving record, including no suspension of license in the last 5 years
Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and annual screening process per contractual requirements
Possess or be able and willing to obtain CPR and First Aid certifications
Must participate in and successfully complete a post-offer. pre-employment fitness for duty questionnaire
Working knowledge of basic automotive repair
Demonstrate positive customer service attitude - both to co-workers (internal customers) and Customers
Willingness to be on call 24/7 and respond to after-hours call outs

Reliable transports to and from work.
We are currently looking for an experienced roadside assistance technician with a strong background in towing. You must have excellent customer service skills and be very punctual. You must be knowledgeable of Las Vegas and surrounding communities. Repossession experience is a plus. You will be expected to be mechanically inclined with automotive experience. Must have some computer knowledge for our online towing system. Some cash handling will be required.
You will be dispatched to various roadside calls when our customers are in need of assistance. Your main service calls will include but not be limited to:
Vehicle lockouts – Must be able to use a standard lock out kit
Tire changes – Must be able to perform tire changes in many different conditions
Picking up cars from Impound
Towing out of state vehicles
Shift would be from 8am- 8pm Friday- Tuesday, (must be flexible as schedule may change)

Directory Services Tools Engineer
POSITION SUMMARY The engineer will be responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the Directory Services team Audit and monitoring tools. They will also assist leader in different organizations to incorporate the Active Directory reporting and audit tool into their processes. This Tools Engineer will need to have a good understanding of NTFS permissions as well as Active Directory group usage and delegation skills.
Experienced working with cross departmental teams to address engineering requests and escalations on bread technical issues.
Working knowledge of Directory Services supported technologies (Active Directory, Oracle Virtual Directory, Group Policies, Certificate Services, etc.) is a plus + Generate/Review/Research and Suggest fix for Vulnerability + Monitor and Address issues with Active Directory reporting and audit tools + Responsible for work with Directory Services Engineers on actionable plans.
Document and Manage vulnerability related to the management tools.
Participate in weekly team On-Call + Willing to learn Active Directory technologies.
QUALIFICATIONS + 2 years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills sufficient to work and deal with diverse team.
Knowledge of Active Directory, OVD, Certificate Services or GPO management is a plus.
Knowledge of MS SQL or SQL query is a plus
Knowledge of some or all of networking and authentication protocols and approaches (LDAP, NTLM, kerberos, SAML, SSO etc..) is preferred.
Strong authentication and authorization, troubleshooting knowledge and experience + Scripting Knowledge (e.g. PowerShell is preferred) + Demonstrated skill at creating technical documentation for complex processes and applications.
