Dishwashers are first and foremost responsible for guest relations and satisfaction. He/She will perform all cleaning and dishwashing duties including but not limited to food set-up, storage shelf stocking, general housekeeping, safety, sanitation, and other duties as assigned by management.

Dish Washer Job Description
The Dish Washer is responsible for supply management and washing of the dishware as well as maintaining prep and service areas of the Kitchen to the highest cleanliness standard.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Meticulously hand washes all stainless-steel cookware and any other hand washable designated kitchen equipment
Thoroughly sorts and rinses dirty dishes and any other cooking utensils prior to sending them through the dish machine
Sorts and stacks clean dishes in an organized fashion on the drying rack prior to putting them in their designated storage place
Once dry, restocks clean dishes and other kitchen equipment in proper storage areas. Rewashes any soiled or greasy dishes before putting them away
Changes dishwater in dish machine every hour, or as needed
Completes all service preparation (i.e. front of house duties), such as table prep, condiments, chaffing dish prep, and trash, compost and recycling receptacles set ups prior to food services
Removes trash and any other food scrap around the farmhouse and dumpster
Sweeps and mops the floors at the end of the day, and as needed
Education and/or Experience:
