Work in conjunction with other departments to resolve customer disputes & demonstrate the ability to become proficient in the use of proprietary operational systems.

Description Smugglers' Notch is an RCI Gold Crown condominium based resort providing a 5-star experience to all guests. The housekeeping dispatcher is the conductor of the orchestra. Your main role is to direct the movement of all cleaners during the day. You will constantly change home cleaning priorities based on guest arrivals and record when homes are ready for guests into our property management system. You must keep accurate records of cleaners progress and report any issues cleaners find with homes to the appropriate team to handle (maintenance or support crew). You will prepare the next day’s cleaning schedule for the cleaners based on home turnover reports. You work with a fun team environment and are critical to our guest experience. Requirements You should be at least

Job Summary The Aircraft Issuer/Dispatcher issues aircraft to Squadron Flight Duty Officers in accordance with established procedures. Verifies required maintenance has been performed and releases aircraft safe for flight. Principal Accountabilities * Operate two-way communication equipment to coordinate flight-line operations.
Provide technical assistance, guidance and instruction to employees in the Organizational Maintenance Control Clerk classification.
Perform the duties and responsibilities of the Data Entry Clerk classification.
