This is an exciting opportunity for a creative 3D Point of Purchase Display designer who will join our internationl fixture team. This is a great opportunity for someone to work with all groups in Blackhawk on a global level; Sales, Account Management, Marketing and Operations as well as global leaders in retail (partners). This role reports up to the Director, Fixture Design. You will understand partner requirements, create and deliver custom fixtures. and manage required timelines from concept to production. You will leverage your project management skills to manage strategic fixture launches.
Responsible for designing retail store fixtures, and ensure projects meet budget and timelines.
Will design solutions and drive them through completion to address key stakeholder and customer needs. May travel to meet with distribution partners to review and discuss designs.
Collaborate closely with Sales, Account Management, Operations, Marketing, and external vendors to ensure that the product solution meets business needs.
Reviews, establishes and initiates efficient processes that meet emerging business needs.
Remains trend-focused, actively reviewing industry design standards, codes, material specifications. Must prioritize and manage projects effectively.
The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of retail fixture design experience, and knowledge of fabrication and methods inherent in store fixture and furniture production.
Candidate must have project management experience.
2D design experience preferred.
BS, BA, or BFA graduate with related field experience preferred.
Must be dedicated, highly motivated, able to multi-task, and detailed oriented.
Must have ability to coordinate cross-group projects and proactively manage through multiple, often-conflicting deadlines, with clear communication and flexibility.

Product / Test Engineer (M/F) – Display Power Products
The semiconductor product/test engineer is responsible for test development of LCD / OLED display power management integrated circuits (IC's) on automated test equipment (ATE) from product planning, IC debugging, characterization, qualification until mass production implementation in close collaboration with design, system, manufacturing, quality, reliability engineering for a fast and smooth IC product market release.
Key working areas are:
Conception and definition of innovative and efficient test strategies in alignment with design, system engineering and project management
Design and development of ATE test and characterization hardware with Cadence
Development of ATE test and characterization software with C/C++ for both IC wafer level probe test and final test of packaged IC's on automated test systems (Eagle mixed signal tester)
Design and development of qualification hardware for HTOL and HAST tests
Ownership and execution of all required device qualification tasks

Implementation and mass production release of a reliable test solution at volume production sites
Successful release to market of Display Power devices
