Advanced degree in Chemical Engineering or related fields (PhD preferred).
Six or more years of industrial and/or academic experience in the modeling, design and operation of distillation equipment
Experience with programming of distillation modeling algorithms, including mass-transfer-based methods
Strong background in thermodynamics and numerical methods.
Strong computer programming and software development experience
Experience using software tools for process simulation, design, rating and costing – experience with AspenTech products is a plus.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, writing and presentation skills.
Demonstrated ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
