The Bulleit brand is undergoing significant growth and this is a key role in ensuring we continue to deliver high quality whiskey to meet consumer demands. The role requires:
Control and monitoring of distillery processes and related activities.
Target monitoring relating to health and safety, distillate quality, production efficiency, energy management, production planning and cost efficiency.
Full compliance with all regulatory requirements and Diageo procedures relating to site risk, TTB and environmental constraints.
Flexibility to adapt to different shift working practices and patterns.
Both team and individual working that requires effective decision-making and problem solving skills as well as an ability to use initiative to adapt pre-set work plans.
Use of automated production recording and management reporting systems e.g. SAP.
Indirect production activity (e.g. project teamwork) as the need arises.
Demonstration and promotion of positive actions and behaviours within and out with the workplace.
Support to “on-call” managers that is likely to include:- The completion of plant operating, H & S, environmental and security checks.- The suspension of contractor operations if they are in breach of compliance standards.- Attendance during incidents or emergencies.
Working closely with the Maturation and Maintenance teams to ensure the safe and efficient operation of all aspects of the facility.
Performing minor maintenance (cleaning, inspection and lubrication of equipment). The ability to work in highly effective teams is essential for success in this role. As a self-motivated member of the Bulleit Distillery team, you will provide support, training and coaching to your fellow team members, positively impacting your colleagues, inspiring and engaging others.
Dimensions: Operating the distillery per Standard Operating Procedures. Monitoring and controlling the process. Identifying and correcting deviations from standard process parameters. Top Accountabilities Safe & efficient production of a high quality product: Organise and prioritise production operations and despatches in accordance with agreed plans. Control, monitor and optimise all distillery processes to maximise performance in a manner which fully complies with all legal requirements and Diageo standards and delivers high quality product. Identify and analyse any non-conforming deviations from the expected process parameters. Respond appropriately to a range of breakdown, accident or emergency situations. This will include initial contact with emergency service(s). Clearly communicate with own team and others to ensure the effective continuity of site operations both during and across shifts.

Manage Personal Selection and By the Barrel program for the visitors while at the Old Forester Distillery ensuring premium experience, as aligned with the Old Forester brand.
Provides marketing support to the Master Distiller and Master Taster as needed, to care for specific guests (trade, distributor, etc).
Coordinate, orchestrate and book groups in event system and provide premium experience to these specific brand customers while visiting the Old Forester Distillery experience.
Work with guest services as needed for coordination of tours and staff as hosting relates to visitor tour program.
Works closely with Brown-Forman event planners to coordinate trade and barrel selection groups visiting the distillery.

What does a Best Buy General Warehouse Worker do? As a General Warehouse Worker, you will facilitate moving product throughout the distribution center through use of equipment in areas such as Receiving, Stocking, Shipping, Non-Con, Order Processing and Replenishment. Your responsibilities will include operating equipment in a safe manner, while making sure that you are maintaining a safe and clean working area and ensuring that our product is in perfect condition to sell to our customers. The responsibilities listed below are encompassing of a General Warehouse Worker but may vary by departmental assignment Essential Functions
Unload and process receipt of merchandise from inbound trucks
Stocks merchandise that has been received into specific designated locations
Process all orders by locating specified product and moving product to the loading dock
Packs smaller products into larger containers for shipment to stores
Loads merchandise onto trucks for shipment to company locations
Maintains a clean work area by removing empty pallets, sweeping and cleaning up boxes and other debris.
Must be able to pass all applicable certification and driving requirements to become licensed for operating equipment in the RDC Non-essential Functions

Seeking multiple production workers for a manufacturing company in South Orlando. They are producing prefabricated bathroom pods that are produced on site and shipped out to hotels, resorts, dorms, etc.
They are looking for experience production workers with knowledge in carpentry, and construction to learn various aspects of the manufacturing process. Job Duties: -Be able to read a tape measure and demonstrate how to use basic power tools.
