Established and Growing South Florida Heavy Civil/Marine Construction company is seeking high quality and experienced Commercial Diver for dive operations. Commercial Divers are to complete day-to-day assigned underwater construction activities of their assigned project workforce in achieving allowable cost, schedule, quality and safety goals set by their direct supervisors. Work below surface of water, using scuba gear to inspect, repair, remove, or install equipment and structures. May use a variety of power and hand tools, such as drills, sledgehammers, torches, and welding equipment. May conduct tests or experiments, rig explosives or photograph structures or marine life. - Complete day-to-day assigned production tasks for their specific project.
- Monitor and ensure compliance to the the safety standards. Follow the safety guidelines, wear the required safety attire and use the equipment properly. Anticipate and correct potentially unsafe situations immediately. Report any incidents to the Project Manager or Superintendent.
- Make sure all completed products meet the quality standards. Keep rework and/or call backs to a minimum.
- Requisition supplies, raw materials, tools, etc. and verify that the proper materials are delivered to the site or job staging area.
- Assist field employees with technical questions about job, production and/or service issues.
- Ensures tools and equipment are kept in good working order, processed for repairs if needed, and appropriate level of tools are available on job site while making sure excess levels of tools are not left on job or vehicles unavailable for other job sites.
- Make sure the standard maintenance tasks for the machinery and equipment are completed on schedule. Arrange for additional maintenance and/or repairs as needed.
- Constantly study and analyze the assigned actives and search for methods to enhance efficiency, limit risks, lower costs and improve quality.
- Work with the Project Manager/Supervisor/Foreman to develop the budget, material and tools required and action plans for the field. Assist with monitoring actual performance activity versus the goals and report any variance.
- Keep the Project Manager/Supervisor/Foreman informed of all activities and daily plans.
- Completes and submits in timely and accurate manner all required project documentation including all safety documents, payroll documentation, vendor paperwork, and weekly required job forms including tools or material requirements to appropriate staff at Shoreline foundation, Inc.
- Ensure daily that materials and equipment required are on jobsite, staged in efficient manner, and ready for use by field personnel to utilize in appropriate manner.
- To deliver services which meet or exceed customer expectations for quality while maintaining the project budget and goals.
- Perform any other duties as necessary or assigned by the VP of Operations, Sr. Project Manager, Project Manager or Superintendent.

Overview SUMMARY Operates power driven pumps that transfer gases to the appropriate cylinders by performing the following duties. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Fills cylinders with a variety of gases with pumping equipment.
Observes pressure gauges and flowmeters, and adjusts valves to regulate speed of pumps and control pressure and rate of flow of materials.
Inspects cylinders before filling for defects.
Tests medical gas cylinders for purity.
Transfers cylinders to and from filling cages, trucks, and storage areas.
Maintains pumps and lines by replacing filters and gaskets, tightening connections, and adjusting pumps.
Connects pipelines between pumps and cylinders being filled or emptied.
Records quantity of item pumped into computer.
Inventories contents of storage tank.
Assists with semi-annual inventories.
Loads and unloads trucks.
