Night Shift Baker - Doughnut Maker
Candidate MUST be available to work from 11pm- 8:00am and weekends- Graveyard shift.
- Prepares doughnuts, croissants, glazes, fillings, muffins, and other baked goods according to recipe
- Checks production schedule to determine variety and quantity of goods to bake/fry
- Scales, mixes and shapes dough
- Cuts dough into uniform portions with knife or divider
- Uses standardized cutters to cut doughnuts
- Proof and fry doughnuts
- Measure and mix cake batter doughnuts
- Glaze, ice, top and fill doughnuts according to approved menu
- Prepare fillings, toppings and glazes
- Maintain a clean and presentable work area
- Wash dishes, utensils and equipment as directed
- Follow all health department requirements for food preparation and handling
- Engage in recipe creation under owner's direction
- Performs other related duties as assigned or requested
- 1 Year minimum experience working in a commercial kitchen environment
- 2 Year minimum experience working with yeast raised dough
- Prior doughnut making experience

Essential Duties Include:
Assist management with the consistent execution of guest service and operational standards. Perform all operational duties related to the daily opening and closing of locations to include but not limited to inventory, issuing starting banks, providing change, performing audits and completing the end of day process.
