Sets up and operates all types of press brakes including AMADA RG100 with NC back gagging. Utilizes total length of brake and various tools to form shapes in sheet metal. Production Operator
This Full time position is located in Gainesville, Ga; however please expect receiving calls from a 952 number in case you are considered. Relocation assistance is not provided.
The purpose of this position is to maintain the overall operations of the fillroom area in order to complete customer orders on a timely basis.
The general responsibilities of this position is to ensure that there are enough raw material supplies for the production lines and to insure that the lines run efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
80% Day to day operations: Practice safe behaviors, follow all GMP's and food safety initiatives as designated by Cargill. Operate production equipment in a safe and efficient manner and all associated equipment to produce quality product. Will troubleshoot equipment failures and perform minor maintenance on this equipment. Perform line changeovers as needed. Commit to learn all FSO initiatives.
20% Team building: Assist other operators as needed. Cross train in all areas as needed. Communicate with the line lead and/or supervisor to ensure overall success in all areas.
Food Safety/Quality: Ensure Cargill's and our customer's food safety and quality criteria are understood and met without exception.
Housekeeping: Ensure all sanitation daily and end of week tasks are being completed.
