The Technical Transfer Group (TTG) Group is looking for strong liner hanger operational and technical personnel to work in their international rotator group to provide support to our operations and clients around the globe. The TTG Field Supervisor is responsible for running completion tools down hole at the customers' well site.
Candidate would be a liner hanger subject matter expert in the WBC product line
Capable of responding to operational, technical and application requests as well as assist in resolving technical and operational issues and challenges
Work with other subject matter expert as required to respond to complex issue inquiries
Advise customers and geo personnel of technical issues that may affect the installation or sales of products and/or services of the organization
Provide support to operations
Assist in the preparation of field inventory for job installations
Meet with customers to discuss the application and design of products and services
Train customers and field personnel
Handle special projects as assigned
Provide product ratings and performance envelopes, recommend products to meet specific downhole applications, feasibilities for design of new products and modifications to existing equipment
Advise on technical applications issues that affect the installation of products and/or services of the organization
Assist in the creation of standard operating procedures, failure analysis and corrective action of failed equipment, share best practices and lessons learned
Train field personnel on new and existing products and services
High School Diploma or GED with extensive field experience on drilling rig, work-over rig, or similar company involved in down-hole operations
5+ years of Liner Hanger experience.
Ability to perform basic calculations in the field
Computer skills with knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook
Good communication skills both written and verbal
Excellent presentation skills
Must be authorized to work various global international locations
Extensive travel domestically and internationally required
Minimum 10+ years of field experience on drilling rig, work-over rig, or similar company involved in down-hole operations
Completions and liner hanger wellbore construction experience
Ability to calculate displacement, capacities, hydrostatic pressure, hook load and tallies.
Customer required training, i.e. OHSA, H2S card.

To produce the engineering drawings of the execution design.
Produce the engineering drawings of the execution design, which can be, depending on the system / subsystem level:
Signaling Scheme Plan including the outdoor cable layout
Track insulation and bonding plans; details of the rail polarity and cable arrangement / insulated joint of the track circuit
Contribution to the SUB SYSTEM design under the responsibility of the SUB SYSTEM BIM Coordinator:
Produce drawings and BIM models consistent with instruction, guidelines and CAD/BIM standards.
Generate SUB SYSTEM BIM models with dedicated tools (Revit MEP).
Draft/generate plans, diagrams and schedule in Revit and/or AutoCAD drawings.
Production of SUB SYSTEM deliverable under the responsibility of the SUB SYSTEM BIM Coordinator:
Use dedicated tools, procedures and templates for design development of BIM models.
Use dedicated tools and templates for production of Drawings such as Plans, cross sections and line diagrams.
Prepare models and drawings packages for submission.

The Liner Production Associate is responsible for molding completed liners out of socks and gel. The associate is responsible for the operation and basic maintenance of all of the forming equipment in the liner forming area and for ensuring that the forming area meets all production and quality goals on a daily basis. Follow standard operating procedures for the umbrella locking process including dispensing equipment, process parameters and data collection.
Dispenses gel from mixer onto liner socks.
Coates sock evenly using forming equipment.
Molds socks into liners.
Meets production goals.
Insures liners meet all quality standards.
Transfers completed liners to the QA position for inspection.
Insures equipment is running in compliance with work instructions and SOP's.
Troubleshoots any non-conforming product being produced and adjusts process to eliminate it.
Performs basic preventative maintenance on forming equipment.
Insures that enough raw materials are present at the forming stations to meet production goals.
Other duties as assigned by the department supervisor.

Perform various other duties and activities as assigned by supervisor within the physical constraints of the job.
Maintain spares inventory.
2+ years related experience
General product knowledge
Experience with liner hangers/down hole tools essential.
Prior rig site experience, familiarity with rig systems, compensator, weight indicator etc.
General mechanical ability
Good communication skills
The physical ability to immediately respond to emergency situations.

Conducts all businessactivities in accordance to BHGE HSE policies, Legal Compliance requirements,and BHGE Values
Perform root causeinvestigations on all assigned nonconformance issues and document accurately toprevent repeat incidents
Prepare both internal andexternal technical reports on root cause analysis and new product performance
Perform analysis on forces,pressures, and stresses acting on completions systems to create successfulsystem design
Design and document approvedproduct modifications in Solidworks
Provide technical support tooperations and sales by having in-depth understanding of tool functions andapplications
Ensure supplied equipment iscompatible with all other equipment used for job
Provide front-line engineeringsupport with customer
Other reasonable duties asdetermined by management
Bachelors' degree in Engineering
3 years of experience inWellbore Construction and/or Cased Hole Completions applications
Ability to be on call outsideof normal business hours
Thorough mechanical andapplication proficiency in an oil and gas environment
Strong communication skills

Experience with CAD Modeling and
