The purpose of this position is to assist and support proper installation and maintenance of plant combustion, drying and calcining operations to provide a safe, efficient and cost-effective operation.
Major Job Responsibilities (not all inclusive):
Assist in the Company's energy efficiency and conservation efforts. Evaluate current plant thermal and electrical systems. Recommend quality and cost improvement opportunities based on findings.
Assist in evaluating production problems related to plant thermal systems and recommend changes to the Plant Manager. Assist plant personnel in implementing changes and training plant personnel as needed to sustain improvements.

Bachelor's degree required.
Minimum of six (6) years of professional experience as a fashion designer in the industry.
Presentation of a strong fashion portfolio showcasing professional work inclusive of relevant press and/or industry acknowledgements along with a demonstration of hand and digital design work skills is required.
Master's degree preferred.
Minimum of three (3) years college-level teaching is preferred.
Candidates should have digital skills and specific apparel software skills utilized by fashion designer professionals.
The College reserves the right to select one or more candidates after having been duly reviewed and presented to the President in conformance with the provisions of Article 15 of the Collective Bargaining Agreement
This is a full-time, tenure-track position beginning in Fall 2019. Review of applications will commence immediately and continue until the position is filled.
