Position Description
Job Purpose:
Operate washer and dryer machines to clean articles such as wearing apparel, sheets, blankets, and other linens used by the hotel and guests.
Job Responsibilities:
Display good customer relation skills and take initiative to greet guests in a friendly manner.
Load articles into washer and adds specified amount of detergent, soap, or another cleaning agent.
Turn the valve to fill the machine with water and regulate machine processes. Start the machine that automatically washes and rinses articles.
Mix and add detergents, dyes, bleaches, and other solutions and chemicals to clean, color, dry or stiffen articles.
Lift clean, wet articles from washer and places them successively into wringers and driers for measured time cycles.
Sort dried articles according to identification number or type.
Fold and place item in appropriate storage bin.
Iron all table linens, sheets and napkins as directed.
Lubricate machines, using a grease gun and oil can.
Ensure cleanliness of equipment.
Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries and unsafe work conditions to management; complete safety training and certifications.
Ensure uniform and appearance is clean and professional, maintain protect company assets.
Other duties as assigned.

Job Description:
A Leading Beverage Distributor with excellent benefits, competitive wages and the potential for growth opportunities is now hiring a Class A CDL Driver. This is a late night to early morning route. It will also include training as a fill in driver for the shuttle routes. Individual will safely drive truck with capacity of more than 3 tons, to transport materials to and from specified destinations. Preferred candidate should have experience operating a tractor with automatic and manual transmission.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Conducts daily pre-trip inspection of any tractor, trailer or pod equipment prior to departing warehouse.
Must insure pre-trip inspection reports are turned into management daily and that no truck with major operational safety issues are driven.
Coordinates with night shift management to ensure units are loaded and that the load is secured as applicable OBX loads
Assures last bins loaded are securely strapped or closed Pod Loads
Assure last pod door is closed, locked and ready for transport Pallet Loads
Driver must assure pallets are secure and stable for transport
Safely drives truck to deliver loaded demountable pods and/or loaded straight trailer to appropriate branch location.
Driver must Stage and dismount loaded pods at assigned location.
Remounts and secures returning pods per proper procedure onto trailer.
Delivers pods or loaded straight trailer to warehouse of origin to be loaded for next day deliveries, assuring all products to be returned and/or credited are returned to the warehouse daily.
Performs routine maintenance on tractor and trailer which includes transporting to/from the servicing vendor location.
Proficient in the use of telematics devices; to include, but not limited to delivery routes and driver logs.
Maintains all applicable DOT paperwork and documentation as required.
Uses electronic devices to accurately and consistently record start and stop times on our time clock device assuring hours of service are recorded and remain in compliance with DOT Regulations
Coordinates emergency repairs and/or service with applicable vendors while communicating with management
All service and/or repairs must be approved by management prior to being scheduled
Communicate with management any and all deviations to the normal job responsibilities
Completes training assignments by management in a timely manner, including but not limited to Worklete and Pro-Tread
Performs job essential duties and responsibilities while being monitored via DriveCam
Willing and able to work with or around all products that may be ordered by our customer.

Education and/or Experience

Job Summary
Monitors and controls process equipment from the DCS and the field. The operator makes adjustments necessary to insure both the quality and the quantity of the products are within specified limits. The operator is responsible for proper documentation and communicates important information to the production supervisor. The operator maintains the Master Sanitation Scheduled in assigned area and cleans process spills as they occur.
Essential Job Functions
Monitors all DCS screens on a continual basis, noting all changes or discrepancies in production variables such as temperatures, pressures, flows, tank levels, densities, pH and other process conditions.
Manipulates DCS control board and screens by targeting and making changes to set-points, out-puts, valves, etc. in order to keep various production conditions within specifications limits and parameters.
Analyzes sample results, verifying product quality and adherence to specifications and determines the adjustments needed to correct deviations.
Observes and acknowledges all alarm warnings on the DCS Alarm Screen and determines corrective actions to be taken in the control room or in the field to remedy the situation.
Obtains samples of product at various stages of production process to test for acidity, density, moisture, pH, and other quality parameters using pH meter, hydrometer, centrifuge, and other lab equipment.
Troubleshoots problems by investigating and inspecting all process and machine malfunctions and utilizes mechanical, chemical and other technical expertises to solve and eliminate process related problems.
Works in teams by maintaining good communication and cooperation with other department operators and management in order to achieve efficient production proecesses in all areas.

GENERAL DUTIES
Understands that accidents are preventable and that safety is everyone's responsibility.
Assists in Lock-Out/Tag-Out/Try-Out procedures on various valves and machine equipment such as motors, driers and pumps.

The Field Service Technician will be mid-level for both Welding and Mechanic work on equipment under the supervision of a Leadperson or Superintendent in a shop or field environment.

Summary:
This position is responsible to install,calibrate, integrate, trouble shoot and repair instrumentation and electricalcontrol devices.
Rotating shift work is probable; rotating call out coverage isrequired. Position will occasionally do their own design and layout work. S/he will possess a strong knowledge of thecurrent National Electrical Code to properly install equipment assigned, toperform in a safe and workmanship- like manner.
S/he will accept responsibility in the training, instruction,supervision and safety of any classification or personnel assigned. Will alsowork on electrical issues as assigned.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to thefollowing: (Management reserves the right to add or modify the duties andresponsibilities at any time.)
Installs, calibrates, integrates,trouble shoots and repairs instrumentation and electrical control devicesincluding: Smart controllers, mag meters, density meters, valve positioners,differential pressure meters and transmitters, PLC devices; i.e. processors,I/O, power supplies, communications ports, weigh scales, nuclear, weigh beamand load cell type, motor starters and relay control devices, powerdistribution equipment 480 and 120 & 4160 volt, lighting, LAN/WAN, PC hardware/software configuration experience,temperature control: Gas-fired drier control, VFD's installation andprogramming.
Createsand makes recommendations for as-built drawings, basic schematics, anddocumentation of relevant work for future reference.
Leadsand develops apprentice level instrumentation technicians, as required.
Enters work orders into E-1 CMM system.
This position work to comply with all CMPInstrumentation Program Standards.
Responds to emergent work as necessary to createa balance in achieving site priorities.
Will work on the power side of electrical andinstrumentation as assigned.
Maintains high standards for completing allrequired documents.
Adheres to established EH&S performancestandards.
Deliverables:
All active Site Instrumentation logsare updated weekly per review by the Lead Instrumentation Technician.
Calibrations and installation ofinstrumentation are performed per standardized procedures. Both are completed timelyand in spec according to current best practices, as measured by scheduledcompliance in CMMS, and weekly visual inspection by the Lead InstrumentationTechnician.
Changes in instrumentationprocedure/processes adhere to plant instrumentation change request process andare logged accordingly. Performance tothis standard will be monitored weekly by Lead Instrumentation Technician
Qualifications:

Education and
Experience: Certification inIndustrial Electrical or Instrumentation, must meet the requirements for the
Utah apprenticeship/Journeymen's certification program and or minimum of 5-years'experience in an instrumentation and/or electrical programs. Must haveexcellent team-building skills.
Must have an in-depth knowledge ofinstrumentation in a heavy industrial facility. Experience in leadership andelectrical applications in an industrial setting will be viewed as an addedfactor in the selection process.
ComputerSkills:
To perform this job successfully, an individualshould be fully computer proficient and possess the ability and willingness toquickly master skills required to function with company software, systems andtechnology (e.g. ERP). Must demonstrate proficiency in Word and
Excel. Auto Cad is a plus.
