Responsible for all aspects of drilling including operate drilling equipment. Drill double-sided, Multi-layers counter bore, counter sink, and control depth drilling. Also operates machine for panel optimization and operates x-ray machine to analyze registration. Responsible for quality checks, preventative maintenance and minor repairs.
This position requires US citizenship or Permanent Residency to meet ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations) requirements.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Operate all department equipment, quality checks, preventative maintenance and minor repairs
Able to set up drill cassettes and remove dull bits
Perform incoming inspection on new and re-sharpened drill bits
Perform outgoing inspection on dull drill bits being sent out for re-sharpening
Enter jobs into the manufacturing control system
Read and interpret shop order to verify that all previous operations were completed, to verify count and to verify quality
Maintain a safe, neat and orderly workplace
Complete all internal departmental documentation accurately
Essential Knowledge and
Ability to read, write and communicate in English to the degree necessary to accomplish the job
Ability to stand throughout the shift
Ability to lift 30 pounds without straining
Education and Experience:
Experience working in a manufacturing environment a must
Minimum 2 years experience with CNC drilling in the printed circuit board industry or any similar related industry skills
A working knowledge of drilling equipment such as Excellon Machines and X-Ray Registration Systems such as The Pluritech is helpful
Able to read and interrupt blueprints
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

Directional Drill Operator - Spokane
Track Utilities, LLC is currently looking for a Bore Operator (experienced preferred) including but not limited to running a Horizontal Directional Drill.

Work individually or with a team to operator various automatic coating, printing and packaging machinery for saw blades.

Summary Description of Position
Under minimum supervision, moves drill to designated location within the quarry and safely maneuvers into position to drill blast holes. Operates unit to drill holes according to drill pattern. Maintains bits, hammers and steel tubes and can change steels as needed. Driller must coordinate with the Lead Driller to ensure all Drill & Blasting Standards are followed.
Driller inspects and maintains drill's mechanisms, lubricant systems and fluid levels. Makes minor repairs by replacing gaskets, filters, hoses, etc. Must complete drilling and blasting reports as required. Driller coordinates with Lead Driller and maintains drilling supplies inventory. Trains and directs the work of drill helpers, plus provides specific drill task training to drill helpers as needed. Assists in drill and blast pattern design layout. Driller must be willing to travel as needed.
- Highway drills on occasion are moved from one plant location to another as required. (CDL license will be required, within 6 months of employment, which includes medical certification and compliance with all FDOT Standards)
Employee is expected to operate equipment unit with a high degree of competence, skill and proficiency and will:
Perform duties safely, responsibly and proficiently.
Maintain good housekeeping practices in plant, tool and shop areas.
Perform pre-shift and post-shift safety inspection and complete daily equipment reports.
