Processes all incoming and outgoing wire transfers daily without error. Under minimal supervision, responsible for performing operational support duties as directed; creates, verifies, and receives wire for processing. Performs daily call-back verification and assures all necessary wire information is accurately completed. Adheres to department guidelines, policies, procedures and regulatory requirements while maintaining maximum level of quality, timeliness of work and providing optimum customer service and satisfaction.

Low Voltage Wire Installer
The Low Voltage Wiring Installer is responsible for pulling and routing cable.
· Install cable pathway systems (cable trays, cable racks, J-hooks or D-rings).
· Install, terminate, test, label and document horizontal, backbone and other cables, troubleshoot and document test results for cabling.
· Dress and route cable into telecommunications closets, modular furniture and other work area outlets.
· Build out telecommunication and equipment rooms

Wire EDM Operator
Electrical discharge machine (EDM) operators are typically responsible for setting up and operating these units. These operators work from blueprints and process sheets to determine the correct settings for units and also perform scheduled maintenance duties, including tool sharpening and machine cleaning.
EDM operators must have basic computer skills. They generally work with tool-makers and designers to establish proper manufacturing methods and also inspect finished work pieces to ensure compliance with accepted manufacturing tolerances. They should also be able to measure, mark, and scribe dimensions and reference points on work material for future production, as well as monitor machines during production runs to adjust machine controls and prevent errors. They will have a company supplied set of tools to perform their duties and must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
EDM operators must have good vision for this position, including peripheral vision and depth perception, and mathematical skills, communication skills, and the ability to read micrometers, gauges, and probes are also important. They must always be safety-conscious and familiar with all industry safety protocols and procedures, including standard environmental hazards, health, and conservation guidelines.
Wire Transfer Specialist \ Electronic Payments Rep
Major Bank located in New York City is currently seeking a qualified individual for their expanding wire transfers area.
Responsibilities consist of
•Ensure wire system and FedLine system is started properly in the morning and notify EP Manager or EP Officer if any problems occur
•Process wire transfers via the Bank’s wire software application for customers and various internal departments.
•Call back authorized persons designated by customers to confirm instructions for outgoing wires.
•Create anticipations of incoming customer wires for $5,000,000 and over.
•Create all anticipations of incoming wires expected by internal Bank departments.
•Process or verify incoming wire transfer credit to customers’ accounts.
•Perform on-line data entry and interim memo post processing in Deposit System and Lawson GL applications, as required daily.
•Ensure that the processing of Settlement Transactions are completed within required specific time (e.g. ACH via EPN, Moneygram and all Fed Settlement Transactions)
•Print all departmental reports in the morning.
•Enter information on the Management Report from the end of day process onto the Control sheet.
•Perform the daily proof for functions listed below, as may be required (e.g. Net Settlement respondent activity to the Bank’s Federal Reserve account, ACH via EPN, Wire Transfers, Reserve Requirements, Principia Wires etc.).
•Notify affected parties when the anticipated wire is not received by 4:00 pm or if different amount is received.
•Advice Funding and Derivatives of dollar amounts to be wired out of the Bank after 4:00.
•Advice Funding and Derivatives of unanticipated incoming wires of 5 million dollars or more received after 4:00 p.m.
•Monitor the daily Internal Outstanding Reports as provided by Cash Analysis/Recon and Accounts Payable Departments.
•Research and clear open debit and credit items for EP.
•File all appropriate reports and daily bundles that pertain to wire transfers.
•Provide prompt, efficient, and courteous responses to customer inquiries.
•Provide assistance to customer and internal departments on all types of inquiries.

•Review daily Reserve Requirement report and advise money desk of dollar amount. Credit or debit customer accounts for changes in their reserve accounts
•Review reserve deposit requirement report every two weeks before receiving Management approval.
•Assist customers on 1Link.
•Investigate and resolve all sensitive and complex related customer service, wire transfers and settlement processing issues that may be assigned by Management.
•Provide updates, as needed, on daily problems affecting the daily work flow and established deadlines.
•Perform input of manual billing to customer’s accounts as required.
•Coordinate filing of various departmental documents and shipment of records to off-site archives.
•Perform the document scanning function of all designated departmental documents.

As a Wire EDM Machinist at ATS you will produce parts using our Mitsubishi Wire EDM machines and verify quality requirements with CMM and Optical Vision tools to supply parts for our customers and our manufacturing team.
